When Soteria was young, her parents had found a piece of stone carved with symbols that they were able to identify as marks of Atlantis and their gods. A small piece had fallen off of the wall, that her father had made a necklace out of, giving it to her mother. When her parents died, she started to wear it in memory of her parents as well as the goal of finding Atlantis.
Her bracelets were also found at the site with the carved stone and the earrings she had were made by her father so that as a cub she could match her mother.
