"Yuni..." Arcane didn't want her to worry, so, he decided to downplay the situation in his answer, "He's just really tired right now. He's going to need to rest but we need to find somewhere nice to take him to."
Arcane looked at her with a really gentle smile, "Do you know a safe place?"

Zelena looked at Yuni and picked her up, glancing back at Arcane, "We were going to my shop, unless there is someplace safer." She smiled a little at the little girl. "Do you know of any?"

Yuni nodded. "Follow me!" She said, skipping off half-way before motioning them to follow her, then dashing off into the nearby forest, heading towards a small homey looking cottage. Yuni stuck her hands in Raian's pocket's taking out keys then unlocking the door, entering the house. "My new home..Rai-nii and I built it by ourselves." She said smiling, as she pointed towards the stairs. "The bedrooms are up there, you can go rest Rai-nii in his bedroom. And we've also made 4 large guest rooms so it's big enough to fit a big family!"

Zelena followed her to the cottage, staring wide eyed at it. "Wow, this is amazing Yuni." She stepped inside and looked around. "Where is his room?"
She started for the stairs, still trying to take in the rest of the house.

"Its the 2nd door on the left wall." Yuni answered, as she skipped into the kitchen.

"Alright," Arcane said as he walked toward the staircase before stopping briefly to say, "After I place in his room, I'll be sure to make sure he's alright...So, Zel, could you look help Yuni, please?"
I need to find out what's wrong before something bad happens...I also cannot allow Yuni to find out that something is plaguing Raian's health... he thought as he began to walk up the stairs with Raian in his arms What could have done this to him?

Yuni climbed up on the bed and huggled the now unconscious Raian. "Rai-nii.." She squeaked having tears down her cheeks.

"He'll be fine, Yuni. After all, I'm here with him, and he only needs rest," Arcane said with a smile, "And just to give you a little reassurance...I'll run a check up on his body, is that okay?"

Zelena sat down beside Yuni. "He'll be ok. Don't worry." She looked at the doorway. "Did you hear that? I think someone is at the door." She looked at Arcane slightly confused. But we are in the middle of nowhere. How could someone know we are here?

Yuni smiled, nodding to Zelena and Arcane softly, as she got up from bed then placed the blankets over Raian then put a wet towel on his head, soon going downstairs and opening the front door with a basket of bread in her grip so she could feed the birds, but didn't expect a man to be standing here. Yuni cocked her head at the man, confused.

Arcane smelled something very familiar...Blood and gunpowder. Slowly, he stood up and edged himself into a position from which he could easily snipe the person, but then, he stood up and walked behind Yuni after seeing he standing in the doorway, "A salesman?"
Yeah, right...This guy looks like someone I've seen before...I think... he thought to himself.

I'm here on business, and I'm trying to advertise our new medical products~" Kalino bowed slightly and possessed smiled as bright as the sun, but it was all an act. He was proud of his deceptive ways, and was glad to know he found his target, "I saw this cottage after I got lost and decided to ask for direction and sale some merchandise....It works great, you know~"

Yuni hid behind Arcane, huggling him. She didn't trust door-to-door salesmen.

"Sorry, we don't feel like buying anything," Arcane said coldly, before attempting to shut the door.
"Wait!" The man placed his left foot in the door and tried to use his hands to pry it open, "L-Let me fin...ish!"
Even after all these years...His strength has increased? Monsters are monsters I guess... Kalino thought while struggling to remain in the door.
"You're too suspicious...Even for a salesman. First of all, you magically found this cottage after you had gotten lost. Then, you claim to be from a medical corporation, exactly what we really needed come upon right now...And finally, why does a saleman smell like blood and guns?" Arcane's stared was so sharp that it seemed like it could penetrate the door itself.
Crap...Perceptive son of a....Grrr....I need to regain some ground... Kalino smiled a bit and decided to come out clean....sort of, "Fine, I'll say it...I followed you guys! I'm a former criminal who was finally able to find employment at a medical corporation but I could never sell anything...I came here hoping to find easy buyers and that's when I saw you guys and the sickly guy from earlier..."
The only true parts is that I followed them and that I saw the injured guy though...oh well he thought.
I see...A criminal...who wants to change...He's like me, I guess... Arcane thought before sighing and releasing his force on the door, "Fine, show us what you have...but only for a moment...If that's fine with Yuni here. It's her house after all."

Zelena edged down the stairs after them. And walked closer as Arcane talked to the guy at the door. She knelt down and motioned to Yuni, to come to her after she seen the girl hide behind Arcane. I got a really bad feeling about this...

Yuni looked at the man while she was behind Arcane, then her eyes widened with fear when she heard the words 'Blood and guns.' She shook her head at Arcane, huggling him. She didn't want anybody else feeling unwell.
