I remember we tried it in RE... all it did was make me see colours cause I closed my eyes too tight xD

being active or not has little to do with it i think, im not very active, but when im worked up its very hard to relax, i think some people are just more prone to relaxing easier

Relaxing makes it worse for me. I need to let my stress out then relax. Wether be hitting something or shouting. Just something to get anger out of me.

It's spelt right. And it's not my concentration, it's the fact I hate relaxing or people telling me to 'relax'. It just angers me more cause I haven't got patience.

yeah that could be too, my mind moves to fast for me at times, and it notices too much to really be relaxed, the only time i was able to like meditate was in psychology were i was able to tune out everything but the sound of my heart beating. . . cause thats what i was listening for
