Darksol88 "Oh. I thought it might be because of how much they cost." Aden said, noting that most of the balls like that seemed to be marked for $1,000 each. The only one that wasn't were the Heal Balls, which was only slightly more than a standard Pokeball. "Eh, not really. Though the cost does add up in the long run to be sure." I said to him. I then made my way away from the Pokeballs and started to make my way around the isles. Lets see...some food, for one. Annnnnd...lets see here. "I think that pretty much covers it with me." I said.

"Somehow, I think my preparations were far smaller than yours." Aden spoke up, after he saw what Blizzard had decided on. But he knew it stemmed from his overall lower funds. "I'm sure I'll be fine, though."

"...Yeah, good point." Thinking more on it, it probably wasn't expected to have much just yet. If he was at a standing to rival Blizzard's, though, it'd be a different matter. Still, he didn't want to dip into those kind of supplies unless choices became slim.

"Alright then, Aden. I think we're settled. Let's go get this stuff checked out then head back to the center and see how your Pokemon are doing." I said to him, making my way to the checkout counter.

"Right." Aden figured to go ahead and take care of his end first, since it'd be a little faster. Going by the quick math earlier, he also figured that he had used up every bit he had, so he made sure to have the whole $4,500 ready. At least, this was his guess. He didn't see just how much the food for his Pokemon was.

He didn't see just how much the food for his Pokemon was. I went on and paid for mine soon after, then eventually stashing all the goods in my pack. "Alright. I think I am...set...yea. I'm good. Ready to get going?" I asked.

Aden was quick to pay for his stuff as well, finding that he was slightly off on how much the Paralysis Heals cost. He found this to be a good thing when he realized that he had no proper way to carry his items. He was able to remedy this with buying a pack outright, a small one so as to avoid restricting any movements. This, in turn, took the remainder of what he had.
Stashing the items, he nodded. "Yeah."

I followed Aden off back for the Pokemon Center. I was kind of silent on the trip, trying to think for a bit. We'd be having to go south from here, and cut through the rock tunnel to make it to Azalea town. In which time, Aden could probably fight a few trainers or capture more Pokemon if he cared to. Though he may at the moment want to try to work with his Nidoran and Mareep first like he suggested. Despite their performance in the gym, he did have a bit of a point back at the center. It was not long after leaving the mart, Aden and I made it back to the Pokemon Center.

"Hm?" Aden stopped for a second before he went inside the center. "Did something cross your mind?" He'd be a little surprised if something wasn't. He didn't know much of what he'd be in for on the way to the next town, and more importantly, the tunnel that would come before it. He was already trying to figure out something that might give him a better shot at fighting bug Pokemon.
The thought of going for a new one, most likely in that tunnel, did cross his own mind. But it'd mean a third he'd need to really work on. Nidoran and Mareep weren't in the best standing as it is. Getting those two more able to fight sounded like a higher priority.
Maybe he could juggle both. There was that gym in Goldenrod after all, and while having four strong ones were good, it wasn't a full team.

"Huh? Oh no. Just thinking on the trip to the next town is all." I said. "Basically the best path is head south and cut through the Rock Tunnel to Azalea, as far as I can think of. That's pretty much the conventional route for most trainers as I understand it." I said, opening the door for Aden to go through. "Though granted you COULD go through Goldenrod, but considering that you may want to get a bit more experience first, yeeeah."

He didn't say it, but he knew that going the slightly easier path was a better idea. At least it'd delay the looming threat of finding out just what Whitney and her Miltank were all about.
