DGwar Sirius927 DGwar So in order to rank up you must master a stage? Hmmm? To novice? Yes. I believe you then need to take a proficiency test :3Being my characters should be proficiency enough. Lol. Seriously though, I feel like the need to master a stage is kind of unfair to certain style users. What if someone made a style with 10 skills per stage of more. What if someone like me makes the style and likes to make them elaborate and full of skills.
Haha oh yes, I forgot I was speaking to the legendary DG. It can be if you put it like that, but what other way would we do it? Gauging roleplay skill might not be a bad idea, make people strive to improve their skills. ^^ Oh, and work is calling me, adios!

Doesn't give you permission to use an NPC at random and in combat. Your only permission for NPCs has been to assist in training last i was informed. Unless Snuff says otherwise your NPC in the Hiroshima Cafe no longer exists. I suggest editing your post accordingly and asking next time.
