Seriously though, I feel like the need to master a stage is kind of unfair to certain style users.
What if someone made a style with 10 skills per stage of more.
What if someone like me makes the style and likes to make them elaborate and full of skills.

It can be if you put it like that, but what other way would we do it?
Gauging roleplay skill might not be a bad idea, make people strive to improve their skills. ^^

I was merely pointing out maybe there should be some kind of regulation minimum amount of skills in a stage you HAVE to learn.

Doesn't give you permission to use an NPC at random and in combat. Your only permission for NPCs has been to assist in training last i was informed. Unless Snuff says otherwise your NPC in the Hiroshima Cafe no longer exists. I suggest editing your post accordingly and asking next time.
