Kohmos88 GavnerPurl22 Have you ever practiced guitar, or an instrument for a short time, but your fingers already hurt? Ive only been playing guitar for about 20 minutes and my fingers already hurt pretty bad. Duct tape gathers the friction, but it makes harder to play because of the thickness. You playin on metal strings or nylon? I learnt on nylon, it killed when i changed to metal strings but at least I could already play. That was ages ago though, I play drums now, much easier on the hands.
I learned on nylon, but now I play on metal. Acoustic guitar and electric. |

Sounds silly but have you tried superglue? If you have to practise for a long time just put it over the contact points on your fingers.
A few of my friends do it before they go out on stage.
The only problem is afterwards you either have to peel it off or put your hands in Very hot water sweatdrop

Hm, no, I havent. Ill try that out and see if it works, Ill be playing guitar for hours on end soon enough, so I need every fix method that will work. Thanks! |
