"Frozen tails and a hot, steamy shower are two completely different things, Bird," Night said, thawing the two tails out quickly. Which, as it did with her fur before, resulted in the three tails to poof and look as though they had been stuck in a light socket, "As I've already pointed out. My fur has to be dried just right in order to keep it looking clean and healthy."
She couldn't keep the grin off her face as she approached the downed bird, another Fire Blast held in her hands as she stared down Blizz, "You out, yet?"

I managed to hop back to my feet, shaking my head a bit. "Night, seriously? I took worse than this." I said. "Oh...by the way...system shock..." I said, raising my hand quick, and unleashing a Extrasensory of my own. Night would learn what I meant about the whole 'tazer' that I mentioned earlier.

"Holy Fu-" Was all Night managed to get out of what would have been a very colorful string of curses before Blizz's Extrasensory hit and easily sent the young hybrid to her knees. The Fire Blast she had been holding fell from her hands in a puff of smoke as they reached up to clutch the sides of her head After a short moment, however, she managed to recover before returning to her feet, panting slightly, "Damn, Bird. If yours is strong enough to send me to my knees. What's that say about mine if I can barely manage to knock you out of the sky? And, for that matter, what about the idiots who were so easily taken care of by mine?"
"Though, gotta say," she shook her head once more in an attempt to shake away the lingering pain, "That is the first time I've ever gotten hit with Extrasensory. Now I know what those others I tortured with it felt."

I learn, I adapt, I get better, I pass on what I know; a near constant cycle." I said. "So...at any rate, enough about me. Um...you out, yet?" I asked.

"Oh, haha," Night said, rushing forward and throwing another Fire Blast at him point blank, "It's gonna take more than a slight headache to finish me off."
Though the pain was starting to wear off, Night couldn't help but continue to rub slightly at her temples a bit as the memory was still fresh, "So, exactly how did you manage to get your Extrasensory that strong?"

"Well, well, interesting sight here. Tell me, when's the part where you two kiss?" Sol spoke up, higher up on the mountain. He had been watching for some time, apparently.

Though the pain was starting to wear off, Night couldn't help but continue to rub slightly at her temples a bit as the memory was still fresh, "So, exactly how did you manage to get your Extrasensory that strong?" "Oh, just like how I work on any attack, really. Repeated, constant use. Exertion, in a matter of..." I pushed my way through the fire blast attack, then gave a hard flap of the wings in retaliation, only this time, it wasn't a cold breeze, but a full on Blizzard attack. "...speaking! Thank Miles for suggesting that method!"

"I'd say the moment he molts all those feathers, grows fur, replaces that beak with actual lips, and grows a nice pair of girls for me. Then I might consider it" Night said simply in response to Sol, "Then again, I could always go find Cera after all this is over. She'd make a better substitute than a furry female version of Blizz."
Night had been so preoccupied with her response to Sol that she didn't notice Blizz's retaliation until it was too late to attempt a block. All she was capable of doing was throwing out another Fire Blast in an attempt to melt most of Blizz's attack, "Yeah, I'll be sure to thank the Fox as soon as he gets his nine-tailed a** down here and actually teach me a few things rather than letting me attempt to learn everything through Aetna's memories!"
Huffing slightly in irritation, Night decided to go with something she knew worked fairly well against the bird; or at least worked better than any other attack at her disposal, and sent another Extrasensory towards the airborne bird again. After all, Blizz did say that repeated, constant use would help to increase the strength of the attack.

"On further thinking, forget that I asked that question. I'd like to retain a shred of sanity for later sacrifice." Sol said, deciding to leave it at that. He'd watch, but the image Night managed to paint wasn't something he cared to keep in his head. What her and Cera did was their business, so that part didn't faze him a bit.

I winced; I nearly spaced out there after the Blizzard attack, if only because...furry...female version...ugh. Now I know why Mikey wanted to invent and patent brain bleach. Either way, the thought made me bite another Extrasensory attack. But then a realization occurred to me. A protect attack early on, but only shown the likes of an Extrasensory attack and a Fire Blast; and she's having to... Suddenly this fight didn't seem fair. "Say Night, you want to stop?" I asked, genuinely concerned for that matter. Yes, sympathy for the crazy black fox...no, the planets didn't align...that I knew of.

"Why?" Night asked, suspicion evident in her voice as she stared at the bird, "I know that last Extrasensory wasn't enough to knock you out of the fight, even with the mental distraction I threw. So, why you wanna stop all of a sudden?"

Night asked, suspicion evident in her voice as she stared at the bird, "I know that last Extrasensory wasn't enough to knock you out of the fight, even with the mental distraction I threw. So, why you wanna stop all of a sudden?" To make my point rather clear, with a raise of the hand, pillars of ice shot out around Night in an attempt to wedge her in. It was my Ancientpower attack. The attack hasn't detonated yet; otherwise, the attack would put Night in a world of hurt if it were to go off. "It wasn't for my sake." I simply replied.

I was really tempted to set the Ancientpower off on Night just then; but then I had the feeling I would be called out for a cruel b*****d for doing so, and not just from Night for that matter. I suppose I could cut the fox a break. The ice regressed back into the ground below. "Well...ding ding...round two, Night." I said. "Unless you feel like continuing to argue with the rainbow pelican."
