"Irony isn't the best word...." Hikari muttered. She noticed Kokoro and her sibling and cousin walk out of the portal. She closed it immediately. "Thank you, Kokoro-san."
"Nii-san, are you really going to get married to that creep Hoko...?" Makoto asked.
"Hopefully not." Hikari sighed, ruffling her brother's hair. "He's too old."
"Well, Fanglong?" Hoko growled. His patience was wearing thin. "A promise is a promise, so do I get her or not?"

Makoto thought. "Hm.. You're five years older than me..." He mused. "Heh, who cares... Age doesn't really matter, right?" He smiled, hoping that she would catch his drift.
Migoto smiled. I was right...
Hikari looked at her brother with a funny look. Inuzuka and Uchiha... who knew.
Hoko smiled and bowed. "I won't let you down, Lord Fanglong."

Kokoro looked at him confused a bit. Then realized it, she giggled as she patted his head "I guess that's true about the age thing." she said with a smile then paused thinking about something. She slightly blushed "But...to tell you the truth Makoto...There's someone I've liked for a long time..." she said with embarrassment as she scratched the back of her head. She had liked that person ever since they met.

Makoto's heart sank, but he smiled anyway. "Oh well, maybe in the next life then." He laughed, although inside his heart felt like shattering.
Hikari grimaced, since she knew who it was. She also knew, that Kokoro would have no chance, almost. "Hatake Zero..." She muttered at Kokoro, "Right?"
