Yea, shoulder feels all better now! I'm only working 2 days a week next week and then I'm off for 5 days. I had some vacation to take before the end of the year. Hopefully, my wrist feels better too by tomorrow but it'll for sure feel better after my vacation.

It felt better after a night of sleep. It doesn't feel that bad today since I did less computer work because I had a few meetings. I'll just try to rest it more this weekend and do stretches during the week.  you sleep on water bed? spring bed? foam bed? memory foam bed? air bed? no bed????

Sid the Bear me know it all you sleep on water bed? spring bed? foam bed? memory foam bed? air bed? no bed???? Just a regular bed...mattress on a box spring... i see, we use foam mattress...not the fancy memory stuff.... emotion_zzz

Gah! Stupid Microsoft! My computer just randomly restarted and then it froze so I had to manually turn it off and on again. It was fine before when it only did that when I restarted to do updates. It's not ok to do it when I'm working on something....I swear one of the many, many updates from microsoft messed up my computer. I don't want to have to reinstall everything!

Sid the Bear Gah! Stupid Microsoft! My computer just randomly restarted and then it froze so I had to manually turn it off and on again. It was fine before when it only did that when I restarted to do updates. It's not ok to do it when I'm working on something....I swear one of the many, many updates from microsoft messed up my computer. I don't want to have to reinstall everything!

Microsoft made it so it automatically pushes updates to you. Only get to choose when to restart not what updates to download/install which is soooo stupid!
