Sub was startled awake as he jumped up to a seated position, having been jolted awake from a dream. "That was so weird...I dreamed that I was a Pokemon, and Sol was too, and Amaranth was a tran-" Sub was then cut off by Poe, his Sableye, as he appeared in the room. "Hehe, you were rambling on about some sexy Umbreon in your sleep." Poe taunted. "Huh? I was? Oh! I remember that part of the dream...uh...not a word to anyone else, Poe." He scowled.

Sub had eventually walked out of his room, leaving Sol behind, and headed into the main area of HQ where Nevermore, his Murkrow, greeted him by flying over and perching on his shoulder. "Say, where is everyone?" He asked aloud as he looked around confused. "Hey! Someone!? Don't make me get an Exploud in this dump!" He huffed, arms folded and a glare on his face.

It wouldn't be long before Sol caught back up to Sub. "I may not have an Exploud, but the tactic can certainly be arranged." He spoke up, backing up his claim by sending out Xipil. "I've grown tired of this headquarters being a ghost town, so Xipil, be ready to let your Roar ring through if needed."

Crystal walked into HQ with Apolla by her side, staring at Xipil when she got there. "... Did I miss something?..." Apolla cocked her head to the side.

Espeon_Commander Crystal walked into HQ with Apolla by her side, staring at Xipil when she got there. "... Did I miss something?..." Apolla cocked her head to the side. "Not really. We've just been wondering how things have become so quiet over the last few days. Was wondering if everyone went on a vacation and didn't say." Sol spoke up.

"A Roar would suffice as well." Sub said in reply to Sol, then noticing Crystal. "Amazing, speak and life springs forth! You missed nothing however, unfortunately." Sub grunted.

Alex shot down the hall, branishing her new toy and intending to test it in the outside caverns. Descending the steps, she was making her way to the door when she overheard Sub's threat to bring an Exploud in HQ. All the more reason to leave as the girl was certain the boss man was sincere with his threats and wouldn't put it past him act on those threats. Still, Alex's curiousity got the best of her as she approached Sub, Sol and Crystal. "What's the Exploud for?" she asked any of the three.

"For waking everyone up in this joint." Sub explained to Alex. "Where did you come from anyway?" Sub said, surprised at how she suddenly appeared.

"Oh...it is kinda quiet..." the blonde took note of now that Sub mentioned it. A little too quiet actually..."Hm? From upstairs of course! I've been working on a really cool invention!" Alex explained, holding up her hand to show a gauntlet looking device. It looked far to heavy for the young girl to be lifting but that wasn't the case. "So, recently I'm left a bit open and defenseless. I mean, I have my pokemon but everyone has something to personally defend themselves with right?" Alex pointed to her arm as she continued "I can't really fight with these stringy arms so...I built this!" she fistpumped with the device on her hand, it suddenly firing a grappling cable from it. It quickly clung to the ceiling and retracted Alex toward the ceiling. "Ahhh! That was a total accident...but it works! Now I just have to...uhhh...uh oh." Apparently the young girl failed to include a reverse function, meaning- "Can somebody help me down?" Alex requested, swinging her legs frantically.
