If Aurin and Fury are effectively dropping out, the I have an idea.
Since Marr's already aboard the Star Empress, Sayla/Nol can just puppet him and either have him submit to Demaia's rule, or tell Siren to seduce him into submission. Either way, Demaia gets Lyra, and since Marie seems loyal enough to Marr, she'd simply follow suit. Fury's other char, Rook, will then just vanish from the plot for personal reasons, same as Calliga supposedly did.
That leaves Rodyn with the option to have Jakar either accept Marr and Fury's decision and also follow along, or decide he believes Demaia's not someone he'd follow as well and go rogue, then do his own thing from there.
At least this way everything else can go as planned, and whatever Sith forces were under Marr's control would now be under Demaia's.
