Mulferdan - Sorry, there's too much speculation between what's OU and what's BL. UU and NU is much clearer. I was considering making a sheer BL tourney, but then I realized just how much smogon/marriland/serebii/other sites tiers match up, especially when it comes to OUs/BLs.
