I have no idea what rotoscope is. o.o But I drew each frame, yeah.
Rotoscope is when you have film and you draw over it. So like if I recorded you jumping up and down, then took a sheet of paper and drew over each frame to make you into a 2D character, that's rotoscoping. 3nodding

First post! I'm going to try to stick with the themes as extra motavation.
While drawing this character I always get the song Fergalicious stuck in my head... XD
Note: I usually add background detail and fix anatomy when I ink... didn't get time to do that today. Maybe tomorrow.

It's usually a good idea to fix all that stuff in the pencil sketch
:3 that way if there's a mistake while inking one doesn't have to worry about not being able to fix it. 3nodding
Jestress of Ashes: Interesting! I believe that color temperature is what you're experimenting with at this point. 3nodding
For those who aren't sure of what color temperature theory is:
Warm colors (Like red, orange, yellow) push things to the foreground Cool colors (like blue green purple) push things too the background of an image
I think one of the really interesting parts is near the jaw and nose. 3nodding
It looks like there was a picture that had a filter put on top of it though. surprised what kind of program and brush are you using?

I actually did this the other day but wasn't able to post it until now. I'm SOOO slow when it comes to getting artwork uploaded the same day I finish; I do so many drawings a day, it's kinda hard to keep scanning and uploading (takes too much time) D:

I ink my sketches digitally with a tablet, so I can erase the mistakes whee
Today's piece is kind of a quick still life sketch... but with a person. Just a random girl in a hoodie who was browsing the interwebs I happened to find interesting, but I think it turned out pretty well given the short time I spent on it.

Eep! I've been so busy lately, I haven't really been on Gaia at all! o.o I've been drawing (mostly doodles during class) but haven't had a chance to scan or post anything.
