Zyltai let out a sigh of relief, knowing that there would be no violence. He turned and headed back to find Yvansi, and tell him things would be a bit simpler.

“Of course. Zyltai will you get Yvansi please.” She said with a very mature ruler voice.

And Lalapeya was left alone in a forest as the two left to retrieve horses and Yvansi. “Do-Dooooooo-Do Hmmm m llllaaa.” She sang a tuneless song waiting her guard and friend.

Callisto and Nabri started walking in silence as Callisto began taking in the whole of her surroundings. She thought she heard a distant humming but she waved the thought away. It must be Nabri, she thought.

“Geo and a spec of blue fire with one leaf and o droplet of water gives you the great being of the Mage. Doooooo-Deeee-Daaaa Do, do.” She sang an old song her mother would sing to her.

Now what was that?, she wondered. She was certain shed heard that tune before. She tried listening harder.

“Earth, fire, plant, water, and light, my the grant of life be saved by the mage. Laaaaa leeeee ohhhhh.” She had squeeked but she kept going, “Left alone may royals be but when they come we have friends and power.”

Left alone may royals be. That was it! The lament of the mages! Ans that definitely wasnt Nabri humming. Was was it coming from?

Lalapeya stopped singing and looked around the dense forest. “Who’s there? Moyn are you back? Zyltai, Yvansi?” she then saw the fire mage and she recognized what she was instantly, red only looked that good on fire Mages, but the only one left was the Elder mage and he was at the castle. This girl was not him, and she was much prettier that he. “Um fire mage looking girl um… can you stand with me?”

Callisto jumped in surprise. She turned to see the young girl she had spotted on the other side of the small pond who had instantly vanished. Well that makes two people who know Im a mage, she thought to herself. "Who are you?" she asked suspiciously.

Getting tired of her name she replied, “Princess Lalapeya of Klorden, next in like to rule, and betrothed to the Prince of Transylvaniet.” She then made a face of disgust. Lalapeya stood as stiff as if a board were pinned to her back. “And you Faithful fire mage looking one?”

"I am a fire mage. The last to be exact...." she said slowly. "And your the Princess of Klorden?...." she repeated unsurely.

“Yep… But you’re not really the last; this one really old guy is the mage at the castle.” Lalapeya stepped toward the mage and showed her a hand; there was a large green mark around her ring finger and a birth mark that looked like the flag of Klorden.
