Jacob had walked down a set of stairs and ran into a bunch of enclaves. "HALT RIGHT THERE SON!" One of the enclaves said. Jacob stood there calm. One of them order a rookie to search him. The second one got to close he performed a close line down the stairs and fliping him over taking his plasma rifle. He shot one in the head turning him into plasma gue and unloaded the round into another's head. He pulled out a plasma pistol from one and stuck it into the eye hole of the armore and let lose into the head. He watched the hole team fall apart. "Worthless ******** douchbags." Jacob had moved on with his search for salvation. He kicked open the door and walked to oasis to see if he could rob them of stimpacks and caps and all of the sort.

Matt decided to go into the tunnels but Auron told him that he couldn't. Auron waited for Matt to return though knew that he probably wouldn't be back for days. The oasis slowly got very boring.

(I'm really getting writers block right now so i'm not going to put much detail at all...)
Eventually through a few days of Mirelurk killing and swimming through tunnels, He made it to the heart, and started to ask if it was worth all this trouble... Matt was kind of pissed at the tree by now and decided to just cut open its heart, and some sort of sap dripped on him a little, then quickly dried out...

Auron saw the trees dying and mumbled to himself "why Matt?"

(I think i can start replying regularly for a little bit)
The tree wanted to die, and Matt highly doubted if it lived that it would save the DC Ruins, Besides, somehow the trees survived off of radiation, that couldn't be good... Matt found a shortcut back out of the caves...

Auron was already packing. The residents had left and he didn't want to stay in the dying place any longer. He nodded a "hello" to Matt but otherwise, said nothing.  

[mmmmmtoast]

"So, where now? Back to Megaton?" Matt just noticed he used up most of his Mentats in the cave once the Mirelurk King showed up...

"Yeah" Aurons voice was dry and emotionless. "We'd better get moving then."  

[mmmmmtoast]

"Lets talk to these caravans first for a second..." Matt walked up to the merchant and his body guard, The merchants name was Crow and he sold armor. After buying a few stimpaks Crow started talking about some place called Canterbury Commons... "Hey Auron, why dont you buy some armor and maybe we'll head up there instead?"...

Auron agreed that he needed a new look. He bought some combat armour which looked like a slimmed down version of Matts armour. He got changed behind the brahmin while Matt made sure no-one peeked. Once changed they set off to canterbury commons.

Along the way off to Canterbury Commons, They spotted a small raider camp in their way, They were getting terribly murdered by nearby Talon Company Mercs... "Should we do something?"...

"We could kill them all. They're all murdering bastards" Auron was still emotionless as he moved towards the massacre.

(K, now i have to leave for a bit and probably can't post the rest of the day...)
Matt pulled out his Reservist's Rifle and waited for Auron to make the first move...

Auron raised his assault rifle with one arm and mercilessly started the slaughter.
