Glowed with a Blue Light that then Turn Sky Blue and shine brightly. It stuck up its arms and Launch it self like a Missile. The blue light acted like a Reverse side of a magnet and pushed away the water from touching metagross. It came close to azmarill then attacked.

"Azumarril! Create an aqua ring and continue to surf."
Azumarril created a ring of water and rose the water level with a tidal wave again.
