Being sick or handicap is something else. And yes, we are made to pray to Allah, but while doing it. We gotta eat, we gotta take care of family, and work ect. We can't just pray 24/7 u know..

We are on this earth to warship Allah not to have babies and make families.
How we can warship Allah?
We believe in Allah and that He is the only God, pray 5 times, give zakat, fast during Ramadan and do Hajj if it is possible.
If you do that, then you may enter heaven.
But Normal Muslims have stereo types of what a life should be:
grow-up, get married, have kids, marry your kids, make your son/daughter-in-law miserable.. or not then die so your kids will have a chance to cry.
That is not the life of a Muslim!! thats pretty much the life of all humanity!
A Muslim serves Islam every where! and that is his life!
either raise his children to be good Muslims or help his/her community.

But no there is nothing wrong working at home. If u got 10 kids, u can't spend 15 hours on a job. U gotta take care of the kids

Women are jewels and they can change the nation.
If she wishes to have a career, it is the men in the family who should find a way to make her dreams happen.
Lucky for men, women are usually happy to have a husband and kids.
