She didn't exactly feel to safe outside with Equalist running around. "Woah, didn't think she was coming here, can't have what happened today come up here at work." Allister then starts walking to the locker room. He takes his padded training gear off, puts his civilian clothes, grabs his sword and decides to take a little walk through Republic City. Before leaving he says goodbye to everyone first. yum_puddi Ruma Kansuwa yum_puddi Ruma walked in the building and went to change in the girl locker room. she walked out of the locker room " Time to practice" ruma bend the water into 3 thin piece of sharp water then quickly sent them in a spiral movemont towards the dummy head and she stoped it 1 centimeter from touching. " yes i got control down"

? S acha ? Alves ?• Sacha entered the arena, tired and worn out. She rubbed her eyes and yawned, wishing she could go back to bed. But she promised Ruma she would teach her more water-bending, and she wasn't about to back down on that promise. "Hey, Ruma!" She called out, trying to appear more energized then she was. Sacha sat her gym bag down and walked up to her. "Ready for some training? I studied all night, and I think I found some pretty cool moves I could teach you."•

↔ S acha ↕ Alves↔• "Okay. If you already know what I'm telling you or something, let me know, because I totally don't know what's easy for you and what's not." Sacha explained while stretching out her legs and arms. "So, um, in pro-bending, you're going to be using a lot more of your lower body then if you were bending normally." Sacha rambled, "And you don't have to focus so much on the gracefulness of the waterbending. You're going to want to focus on using quick, sharp, boxing movements. Get what I'm saying?" Sacha asked, feeling hopeless. Even with all that studying, she still wasn't sure she was ready to teach a water-bender. "Thus, I thought we could work on being able to serve out quicker water bullets, and incorporating more kicks into your bending." Sacha added, shrugging.•

↔ S acha ↕ Alves↔• Sacha's face lit up. "Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!" She put her hands on her hips. "That was faster than a lot of water-benders I've seen." Sacha shook her head. "Must be that chi-blocking, man." She thought, "She has, like, super speed." Sacha pondered on what to do next, rummaging in her mind for all the water-bending she learned from the previous night. "Alright, since that's all I know about offense, I guess we'll learn some about defense." Sacha nodded, "Let's see what you can do first. I'll throw a few disks at you, and you avoid them. Whether you dodge them or wack 'em off course with some water is fine with me. Just as long as you can hold your own in a fight." Sacha got in her fighting stance, three disks at the ready. She punched a few sluggish rocks at Ruma, her tiredness translating into her bending.•
