Body: A pale icy colour, with edges leading towards a darker, sapphire blue. I trust your blending skills! The owl should look a little similar to its bonded, Baellian's mid-legs/fetlocks, except that there's sapphire blues instead of other colours.
Wing feathers: Deep space, nebula, etc, on a dark background. Ref 1 & Ref 2 & Ref 3
Talons & Beak: Charcoal.
Eyes: Kaleidoscope-esque, with the bright blue, purple, and green from Ref 3.
I'm unsure if the tail feathers should be like the main body or should be like the wings... >___<;;; I'm gonna say like the main body, but with more edges of sapphire and some of the dark of his wings near the very tips, blended.
Accessory color?:

Tag colors?: The borders should be like the dark portion of his wings, the feathers a mix of the two (long = dark; short = body).
