Personality:
A selfless, starry-eyed dreamer. Adventurous in thought, with a mind to go places. However, his self-doubt and eventually responsibilities will keep him from doing so for awhile.
He has an aversion to corruption and those who demean others. Bedford also experiences deafness or at least partial deafness in his right ear (far ear)
Backstory:
Bedford has always been a dreamer. From the moment, he was a foal, he knew that he wanted to get away from his home. He wanted to travel the lands, go wherever the wind led him. He wanted to have adventures, never live in one place for very long. When he was older, he would have time to fall in love and start a family. He would tell them all about what he had done with his life, the adventures he had had.
However, life had different plans in store for him. He would never leave the lands he was born in, and he would never have grand and epic adventures like he planned. Instead, he would meet the mare he fell madly in love with and have a reason to stay, to raise a family.
At first, he imagined he'd experience disappointment and maybe some bitterness, not at his family, but for failing to accomplish any of his dreams. However, He fell in love with Xing-Xing and realized that family is with you and shares your beliefs. Together, they could roam the world and have a family together.
