Helios stiffened and quit eating the popcorn at Dianna's whispered statement. He pushed the bowl away and scooted slightly away from the couch. He grumbled a bit.
Helena smiled. "The next one can wait for tomorrow night. We should all get to sleep. We have a big day tomorrow." she said, smiling as she also got up.
By the end of the movie, though, Helios had fallen asleep slouched over the bowl of popcorn, having gotten lost in his thoughts, and missing the entire climax of the film.
Helena noticed the sleeping neko and she chuckled. "Well that's a first." she murmured, heading over and shaking Helios's shoulder lightly. "Helios? Come on. You need to go to bed." she whispered lightly, speaking softly to try and keep him from being startled.
Helios mumbled something incomprehensible and waved an arm at Helena, trying to push her away as he slumped over, curling into a ball on the floor.
Helena giggled. "Come on, sleepy boy. Up you get. That's right," she hefted one arm over her shoulder, using it to help pull Helios upright, who, by now, was sleepily starting to get up. "To bed you go. The floor's not very comfortable."
"Nyh~a . . ." Helios yawned with an almost kittenish mew as he stumbled along, Helena leading him back up to his room. Being in a half-asleep state had taken all bite out of him. He was too tired to even really register what was going on, although eventually he did tug his arm back and pushed away from Helena, making the rest of the trek up to his room, bumping into a couple of walls along the way.
Helena giggled and looked over at Dianna. "I've never seen him like this . . ." she murmured to the other, confidentially. "We should probably make sure he actually gets to bed." she added after a moment's thought.
