⋙ Luna felt her heart fluttering as she kissed him, it was almost addicting, feeling his lips pressed agaisnt hers. She couldn't quite explain the taste of his lips, but she liked it, to the point she could probably become addicted to kissing him. This was just so weird, she'd never felt this way towards anybody before, but she was slowly getting used to it. She'd never felt affections towards a male before, she didn't believe that any of them would actually care for her, none of the suitors in her village were truly interested in her heart, only her looks. But not Skylar, she could tell that he was different, he actually cared. Blushing a bit darker as he stroked her cheek, she then reluctantly pulled away from him, she needed to breathe. Her chest rose and fell as she breathed faster. Staring into his eyes, she then smiled at him, her forehead resting agaisnt his as her crystal blue eyes looked into his. "That was nice." She said softly. No, nice was the wrong word, it was so much more than nice. Before Luna could say anything else, the female then jumped a little as their was an announcement that the skate rink was closing soon. Wait... What! It was that late already? H-How was that possible? Time seemed to stop when she was with him, so it always caught her by surprise when she finally realized the actual time. "Hey. It's getting kind of late. Want to head to the cafe for dinner? Or we could go to your house and I could cook something for the two of us. I'm a pretty good cook." She said with a bit of a proud grin.

“Okay, so being a former basketball star, what else do you do?” Sasha asked as she linked her hands behind her back and teetered around on her feet as she walked through the streets of downtown with him. If they were going to be exploring together, she might as well get to know him a little better. That even meant the frivolous and boring stuff. “Like, what’s your favorite color? Do you prefer home cooked meals over takeout? Do you have any weird OCD habits? Nervous ticks? Favorite sexual position? Stuff like that,” she continued to babble on. It was a bad habit of hers, to become a chatter box at times. She couldn’t help it really. She just opened her mouth and words spewed out of it without a filter. It was only a few seconds after the words left her mouth, did she realize the last question she asked. Oh boy! See, there was that lack of filter. “Uh- Heh...Sorry about that,” she mumbled as she sheepishly twirled a loose strand of pink hair.
Stopping in front of a building that caught her eye, Sasha grabbed onto Ryan’s arm and pulled him close. “Let’s go in here~!” she cooed excitedly as she pressed her cheek up against his shoulder. “Starlight Sk8t, huh…Well let’s go!” Sasha quickly let go of his arm and toddled her way inside with a cheeky grin. Walking inside, she stopped near the door and gasped in awe. It looked like Christmas. There were Christmas lights hanging around, a slight chill in the air from the ice rink, the tin roof and the concession stands, along with the skate rental kiosk. “This place is perfect~” she stated to herself dreamily as she clasped her hands together and tilted her body to the side slightly. What a literally cool place, to spend the rest of the day. Too bad she didn’t know how to ice skate. Then again, it was never too late to try! Walking over to the entrance desk, she paid the five dollar entrance fee before stepping through the turnstyle. “Come on slow poke!” she called with a wave of her hand.

Ryan followed the girl through downtown until she stopped at "Starlight Sk8". He remembered seeing this place when Lexi gave him a tour but all he knew was that it was some kind of skating rink. It had been a while since he had last Ice skated but he doubted that he had forgotten how to skate. Sasha started some idle conversation that seemed to get very prying very quickly. Ryan placed his index finger on his lower lip as he thought about what else he did as a kid besides basketball, since he didn't play anymore. Well I haven't played basketball in years...But I use to play soccer...And now I work at a pet store...Quite the exquisite life right! He said in a joking manner. He didn't mind talking about his personal life to an extent, things might get a bit awkward if she kept prying on his basketball life but that would be something he dealt with when the bridge was crossed. Her next questions made him blush from embarrassment but he managed to stay calm and shake it off. W-well My favorite color is red. I like homemade meals but I can go for some good takeout. No OCD habits as far as I know, but then again most people don't notice habits they do...So if you see me do something often you can list it down as a "habit" of mine. Nervous ticks? Don't think so... He blabbed out in response to her endless questions. The last question was a bit of a doozy though, causing his cheeks to flare pink slightly. A-actually as popular as I was I never had sex...I'm still a virgin eheh... He stammered out, rubbing the nape of his neck. Although it was an awkward question he didn't find it to be offensive or anything.
Ryan was suddenly pulled by Sasha, feeling a bit like a ragdoll in the process. She was very touchy-feely from what he could tell but everyone had their quirks. So same questions to you. Tell me about Sasha. He said trying to find out more about her. Sasha seemed to take off and pay for herself as if she was telling him that she could handle herself. Ryan couldn't help but smirk before following the girl into the rink. Right behind you~ He said as he paid the five dollar fee and grabbed a pair of skates. Now I can't promise you majestic skating, it's been a while but I remember the basics! He said as he sat down and began to tie the skates on his feet.

Let’s see...Basketball, soccer, pet store clerk. She mentally ticked them off as she was told them. She also noticed that each time basketball was mentioned, he seemed to get a little...Withdrawn? Maybe that wasn’t the right word. Uncomfortable was more like it. It really did make her wonder what could have happened and how bad it could have been. However, just because she usually didn’t have a filter on her mouth, didn’t mean she was disrespectful. Eventually she may ask about it, but that was more like their second go around. Nothing so intimate on the first date. The joke made her mentally laugh. As he prattled off to her questions, she made sure to pay attention. Red. Homemade meals; then again, most people do. He did have a point about not noticing little habits about oneself. She couldn’t list hers right off the top of her head, but if she were in the middle of them, she could. Blue eyes glanced to him, seeing the bright red blush on his face. For a moment she was confused as to why he was so embarrassed by the question; that was until he answered it. A virgin! That would explain it.
Once he had caught up to her, she chuckled at his mention of his skating. “Well, I can’t even ice skate, so this should be fun~!” she replied enthusiastically as she began to make her way over to the skate rental desk. “But about me?” Sasha hummed to herself in thought, shoving her hands into her sweatshirt pocket. “Let’s see...I’m twenty-five. I just recently quit my photography job with Vogue to become a sales clerk at this clothing store around here called Not-So Catwalk. Total step up in the world huh?” There was another light chuckle from her as she looked over her shoulder at him. “I was born in L.A. and grew up as an only child. I went to a private school for girls until high school where I went to a co-ed school for the first time, so that was an interesting experience. I had never really had to deal with boys before then. Then when I graduated, I moved out to New York to attend some fancy shmancy art school.”
“I majored in my photography, but took a few music lessons and learned how to play the saxophone. I’m a regular John Coltrane. I have a Husky puppy named Domino, the only real man in my life. My favorite color is green. I’m...eh, I’m okay at cooking; I like baking mostly. I’m deathly allergic to bees, so the summertime, while it’s my favorite time of the year, just kills me. I can be extremely klutzy! I once cut myself on jelly, and I’m telling you, no one else in this lifetime has even done that. I’ve also taken gymnastics, so I’m pretty dang flexible, which if you think about it, is kinda hilarious since I’m so uncoordinated,” she paused as she jumped up towards the skate rental desk, leaning against it. “I’m a virgin also.” She received a strange look from the clerk, who quirked a brow in her direction. Looking over at him with wide eyes a moment before pursing her lips and furrowing her brows at him. “Don’t look at me with those judgey eyes!” Turning back to Ryan, she gave him a reassuring smile, “So, there’s no need to be embarrassed by it or anything. That’s all about Sasha, unless you have a specific question~.”

Ryan couldn't hold back yet another grin when she mentioned her age. So you chase after younger guys? 'cuz I'm only twenty-three! He teased before standing up on his skates. It was a good thing that he was well balanced because if he wasn't he would have fallen flat on his face. His legs were a little wobbly but he was managing. Well it sounds like you and me are in the same boat, besides the whole interest in boys thing. He said in a joking manner. It seemed that her hobbies revolved around music though, which was something he wasn't exactly well versed in. The only music he remembered was the pump music that was played in the weight lifting rooms every day. He remembered that his coaches played the same ten songs over the course of three years. Music wasn't exactly his forte and he only listened to a few genres thanks to those experiences. He made a mental note that she was a klutz, according to her of course. Ryan didn't want her to fall over and slice his face open with a skate so he'd have to be on guard. Yet she said she was a gymnast, at least she had experience in the field. Quite the contradiction when he thought about it. So let's see if I have everything, green, dog named Domino, saxophone, No bees, klutz, gymnast, Photographer. Quite the well versed lifestyle. He said with a smile.
He didn't touch much on the virgin topic, sex was always a weird thing for him. Unlike most guys he hadn't gotten "The Talk" since all his parents focused on was his basketball career, nor did he watch porn unlike most guys. He remembered being picked on for having effeminate traits whilst in school. Thankfully he had sports to bring up his popularity. I think I have everything that I need to know. He said before waddling over to the inside of the rink. He almost slipped on his butt, but managed to catch the railing. This was a lot harder than he remembered. Ryan had to get his skating legs again which took a few minutes. Eventually he got the hang of things again and was skating around in small circles like a wanna-be pro. C'mon let's skate! He said with a toothy smile.

Sasha laughed as she tied the laces of her skates. “What can I say? I like that jailbait~” she teased back with a wink. At least they were close in age and she wasn’t hanging around some teenage kid. Although, it wouldn’t be inconceivable for her to do such a thing since her personality was a little childlike. Still, it was weird when you’re already halfway to fifty and hanging around people that can’t even drink! Where was the fun in that? That reminded her! She had some boxed wine back at her apartment, she should snuggle up on her couch with some wine and a good movie. Maybe A Haunted House? Yeah, that sounded like a great idea! The woman smiled to herself before looking up at him with a slightly perplexed look. Interest in boys? “I’m actually Bisexual,” she replied rather nonchalantly. It was pretty common in her area to be either Homosexual, Lesbian or Bisexual; and Heterosexual of course. When she had finished lacing up her skates, she slowly pushed herself to her feet, her legs wobbling and immediately falling back onto her butt. “Oof…” she huffed as she fell back onto the bench she had been sitting on. “Yep! That pretty much makes up everything there is to me.”
Looking up and watching Ryan skating like he had done this all his life, she gave him a mock glare of jealousy. Okay! She could do this! Placing her hands against his knees, she pushed herself back up to her feet, catching the wall before she fell again. Holding onto anything within her reach, she stumbled her way towards the rink and eyed the ice wearily. This was her idea, but she still couldn’t help but be a little anxious about it. This was the first time she was ever doing this. Inhaling deeply, she gave a look of determination before stepping out onto the ice. The second both her feet were on the ice, she teetered and wobbled before falling onto her butt. “WAH!” she screeched as she dropped to the ice. Hissing in pain, she pushed her upper body out a little and rubbed her now sore bottom. “Oh the pain…” she moaned painfully as she tucked her legs in towards her body and looked up at his skating form. “I’m pretty sure I need help at this. Do you mind?” Giving him a sheepish look, she began working on trying to get herself back up on her feet.

Ryan chuckled at her witty reply to his teasing, she wasn't one to get flustered over little things apparently. The brunette made sure to keep a mental note of that, in case he could think of something that would really get her flustered. Ryan had half a mind to mention something about a threesome but figured that was a bit to inappropriate considering the fact that they had just met, no need to make her hate him off the get go. Ryan wanted to say something but couldn't think of something appropriate to say. Hm well it seems this "Jail bait" might have competition-" He stated before covering his mouth. That was so stupid to say and it was something that just rolled off his tongue before he could think about it. He almost forgot to skate and slightly slipped before catching himself. Sorry... He mumbled with a sheepish smile. His face felt hot but thankfully the cool air from the ice rink cooled him off.
Ryan watched as Sasha attempted to skate before falling on her butt. Ryan skated over to the woman and slid to a halt. Quite the fall~ He teased. The male stuck out a hand and helped the girl up onto her feet. Alright just take it slow, it's like sliding across a wooden floor with socks on, accept harder. Just push with the side of your feet...If that makes sense.. He stated before realizing what he said was a jumble of words mashed together in an attempt to create an explanation. Ryan held Sasha's hands as he slowly glided backwards. Nice and easy, don't push yourself. He stated, trying to encourage her but not push her to far.

Looking up to his outstretched hand, she slid her hand into his, gripping it firmly so she had enough leverage to hoist herself up. Holding onto him, her other hand reaching up to grip his bicep, listening to him. She knew all about sliding around in socks on a wooden floor, she did it all the time for fun actually; like that scene in Risky Business. She was a weird one. She’d turn up her Pandora on her TV and jam out with her remote as her microphone and sing along as she danced around in nothing but her underwear and a giant t-shirt. Her eyes widened when he started moving backwards, pulling her along for the ride. “Whoa! Wh-What are you doing?” she stammered, her grip on his hand and arm tightening in fear. She didn’t want to fall again, her butt still hurt from the first one. “Wh-Why d-do we have to move? Can-Can’t we just start with standing?”
Slowly, she began a fumbling attempt to do as he said: Push with the sides of her feet. How was it, she knew how to skate, but couldn’t rollerblade or ice skate? They were practically the same things! Maybe because they required more balance? You’d think someone who took gymnastics would be great on their feet. Balanced and well coordinated. But nope, not Sasha! The only thing gymnastics had ever done for her was make her insanely flexible, practically a contortionist. Looking down at her feet, up at him, back to her feet, up at him...This continued the entire time she moved along the ice rink. She was terrified. Why? She couldn't tell you, but slipping on ice didn't sound like the funnest thing in the world. She could crack her skull open or something or-..."Ah!" she shrieked again as she felt herself teetering and slipping, about to fall.
