Face: Pupil-less yellow glowing eyes, mix of blues and purples for face, black pattern like ref, frown expression, canine ears black on outside, purple blue on inside
Mane: Long and glowy like being blown in the wind, mostly purple with lighter tone of purple/blue in the middle (like the flame hair without being actual flame)
Tail: Ninetails in design, flowy and space like in color. Ends of tails fade out to appear ghost like
Hooves/Fetlocks: Canine pawed feet that are ghost like (ref for idea), legs same color as body, black spikey cuffs on all four legs (ref)

*general color palette: blue/white/silver-ish?/gold/maybe purple?/feel free to add or remove colors if Soq looks better that way.

Body: sparkly, kind of glowing light blue and a little whitish colored with color emanating off of its body with gold accents. color purple use CC
Face: unobstructed, glowing eyes (eye color CC), does not have Ho-Oh's extension on top of its head, sweet-looking expression, everything else CC
Mane:Edited- longish, but does not block the eyes or overwhelm the body by covering it up. looks like ghostly flames that become wispy at the ends (thinking maybe bluish with gold accents, but really, just CC).
