Espeon_Commander Crystal sighed, partially for her effect, too. Last night did freak her out a bit to say the least. "Well... Can't say I'm glad to see you show up, otherwise...." She shook her head. "But, outside of looking like a creepazoid, I'm glad to see that you're not dead." "How utterly touching" Darts says, his voice moving in a kind of real-life slow motion, but no less coherent. "Damn double-alternate dimension speak." Darts straightens himself, showing one other feature had changed, two bands of red run across the collar of his jacket, across his neck, and up the other side.of his jacket collar. "So maybe I wasn't in the worst of shape last night or anything, but I guess I could owe a teensy explination...." he says, red eyes moving to Sol as he casually brushes over the random ellipsis in his speech.

Crystal facepalmed. "The more things change...." She began to walk into the kitchen, starting to look. "Vile, bitter stuff...." She stuck out her tongue.

Cera opened her mouth to speak, only to sigh and shake her head. "Yeah, I'll get it..." She felt more like making it to dump on Darts' head, but for now, she'd float off with Crystal to get a pot started.
"I suppose I should be surprised, but I get the hint this is a normal occurrence for you." Sol commented.

Darksol88 Cera opened her mouth to speak, only to sigh and shake her head. "Yeah, I'll get it..." She felt more like making it to dump on Darts' head, but for now, she'd float off with Crystal to get a pot started. "I suppose I should be surprised, but I get the hint this is a normal occurrence for you." Sol commented. "Indeed it is." Darts laughs, only high pitched and fast like a video tape going in fast forward. He coughs slightly, covering his mouth with his silver fist. He readjusts his jacket, passing a lingering hand across it as reassuring it as much as himself as he very slowly walks towards a table.... slooooowly sinking down into the chair seated at it.

Crystal found some coffee in one of the cupboards and the coffee brewer. The woman looked at Cera, ear twitching at the laugh. "Well, if you want to get the coffee measured out and ready, I'll also get some water going for that and some tea." She grabbed a large measuring cup and a cooking pot, pouring water into each.

"Sure. Um... lesse..." Luckily, this didn't take Cera long to do at all. If anything, she was fortunate Amaranth wasn't in here... she'd probably just make a mess of things. Once she had everything measured out, she let it down near the pot. "That should be enough, right?"

"If I was a betting man, which while I am quite sure I'm still very much in favor of betting, I am much less certain of my status as a human male." Darts pauses, coughing lightly here as he shakes to stay in control. "I would most definitely never in a million years suggest that you were baiting me..." he says to Sol.

Crystal nodded. "Yeah, that's plenty, especially if it's for him." Crystal poured the water in the back of the brewer, then put in the coffee and started it. Next, she started the pot of water she was going to have for tea. "Alright, now it's just waiting," she said, crossing her arms.

Apparently, he was in rare form tonight. Darts glances at him, still trying to keep calm, his red eyes glowing slightly malevolently. "Where was I... oh yes. The part where I never explain what happens to me ever and I take the secret to the grave." He sighs, shaking his head. "It's like I'm being incredibly sarcastic all the time mixed with tourettes I swear..." He sits up straighter, looking at Sol. "You ever been spelunking?" he asks.

"I hear there's medication for that. And several times, though I've largely shelved those days." Sol answered. "I'll assume you had some unusual mishap doing such a thing?"
