The fried chicken I made was delicious.

The rice balls were a little bland. I should've added more salt or some sesame seeds to the rice.

Any ideas for bacon? I've already used it in pasta, and I think I'll make corn and bacon soup, and of course have it with eggs/toast for breakfast. But there's still a large portion left.

I just remembered that one of our affiliated companies has a pamphlet on bacon recipes (they're a catering/cooking class company). Too bad I don't have the ingredients to make delicious bacon ice cream, bacon popcorn, bacon scones, bacon pancakes, bacon wrapped chirizo tenderloin, or bacon jam. I guess I could try making candied bacon or bacon wrapped shrimp. Or I'll just keep it simple and add it to soups, sandwiches, and pasta and have it for breakfast.

scream .... Made plans for my birthday and I'm super pissed (for various reasons) that friend didn't come through on the plans like we discussed. Now I have tickets to a game that I don't want to waste but need to find someone available to go with on a Tues night when most people I know will be either working late or too tired to go.

And on top of that, the stupid security for my building is beeping again non-stop (super annoying) and I wont' be able to sleep well because of it (light sleeper and earplugs aren't comfortable) and I have a meeting tomorrow that I need to be well-rested for.

I sooo can't wait to be on vacation. I feel like I'm going to snap and do something drastic with my life if some s*** comes up within the next couple of days.

Any plans for the holidays? hahaha, that poor vulpix!

I have to visit the store to pick up a parcel and the coffee shop for my free birthday drink. Can't decide if I should go and come back home to drop off the parcel then head out for dinner and a hockey game or if I should just bring it with me and leave it in my brother's car. Guess it depends on how big the parcel is.

Plan is mainly to survive, usually from the cold and customers. ^^;
