You'll need to have her normal form first. The disguise is considered mode change like Daemon to Robes. xp If you are going to fuse her, you might not want to mode change her at all. sweatdrop

@Robert: No what I mean is, Arukenimon in disguise is considered a Mode Change. If it were possible, a user couldn't Mutate into a Belphemon Sleepmon without acquiring the Rage mode first. You'll have to just get Arukenimon first and then you can disguise her regardless of the disguise being normal. sweatdrop
