Diana Vulpes It is just never a good idea to tell people that are already feeling low that things could be worse, usually makes them feel a hell of a lot worse.
Also never good to say "not like things can get any worse" because statements like that will just end up biting you in the a**. X3
I take a realistic view on things, I know well things could be worse and are worse for other people, but know things could also better.
Life is not perfect and I pray to god it never is. I agree, I guess I've just seen a low mood drive someone in the ground when they didn't think clearly all too often.

Must choose your words carefully when trying to help pick people back up. ninja Most of the time people in a funk are just looking to rant to somebody, not hear a bunch of upbeat advice. xd Actually, that tends to just piss them off more than anything.

My mind is having trouble keeping calm and rational currently. I want to just break down but I won't allow myself to. I'm forcing myself to remain calm and not cry.
