That are regular pants, designed to sit on your waist or slightly below, but people intentionally put them half way down their asses because they are to stupid to understand how to wear pants properly.

It's kinda like the retards that put the right shoe on the left foot.

baggy pants, are just that, baggy, they are by design made to be wide and baggy, and be almost half a size to big, so that they naturally slide down and sit a little lower.
