Sid the Bear Celebiest Well, I work as a receptionist at a car repair shop owned by my father. Sometimes i have no idea what I am doing at times since I'm that inexperienced yet since I'm not very business oriented. If anything, all I'm there for is lightening the load for my supervisor so that she can do other things. So it's not particularly nepotism on my part since I get treated the same way as the other employees. I just bring in homemade cookies and baked goods every now and then. I'm sure you'll pick up things quickly and learn lots. And it doesn't matter if you're working for your father since you're actually working and taking it seriously. It's a great opportunity and it's good that you took it in order to get some experience. Thanks for the encouragement. I could really use it T____T I guess I'm still learning how to do things, even though I've been working there for MONTHS. Sometimes customers say mean things about me being a former art student working at a car repair shop, while others sometimes poke fun at me for using a calculator to figure out how much change to give back to them. Like goddamnit people...

Sometimes customers say mean things about me being a former art student working at a car repair shop, while others sometimes poke fun at me for using a calculator to figure out how much change to give back to them. Like goddamnit people... It does take a few months to learn a new job and maybe even half a year if the job has many responsibilities or requires knowledge specific to the industry/shop. Just try to learn as much as possible and not worry about how long it takes. Better to learn how to do things right then to assume you know and mess up. So take your time learning (it never truly ends if the job is challenging and has growth potential)! Customers have no right to judge! At least you're doing something with your life. And frankly, everyone uses calculators (or excel) today. It's faster and less prone to error so the customers should be happy about that and not making fun of you!

They're worth something. Well, I am doing so, but... You can only sell up to 20 items in the stores. And I have MORE than 20 items I want to sell off in the markets. Oy vey... I think some of the items I am selling, more than most of the population of gaia is too poor to afford them.

Somewhat...seems like the last bit of the sore throat in the mornings (it goes away after breakfast) and the sniffles are determined to stay. But at least I don't have to blow my nose as often.

It helps to keep selling them as you're playing so you don't stock pile. Some items sell pretty quickly like the Frosty Delights and Bitter Frosts if you price them right. You could always ask a person who bought more than one of the same item from you if they want to purchase more in multiples and then send them a trade. That helps to get rid of items fast and usually there are some who would want to buy lots of the same item and willing to give you a fair price.
