So only 2 weeks into the semester and I'm not sure what I was thinking. Part of me enjoys being so busy, finally feeling like I've got some sort of purpose and I'm just some hotel drone wasting living space. But at the same time, it's exhausting. I don't get a day off anymore, cause I work the 40 hours at my job, and then on my days off I've got 12 hours of classes and then the homework. Thank goodness for Tuesdays...the ONLY day I can relax: after class I get to hook up w/all of my friends and just hang out at the tea-house. sweatdrop

Had my first day of work at new job. @.@ Sure a lot to take in. Each individual thing I have to keep track of is not that difficult, but all together it was a little confusing... easy to forget some small detail here or there. Because of the delicate nature of that the papers I am handling I have to be sure I make as few mistakes as possible, while trying to make none.
Of course, the fact I am just in training they don't expect me to be perfect but I can't exactly be making a lot of mistakes either. If I misfile something it sets back the processing going on on the floor. Actually saw first hand how it can cause some delays, fortunately things get correctly rather quickly.
Every day will become easier as I get more on hand and get to do things for myself rather than someone simply showing me how it is done. Sure I will get the hand of it by the first week.

Kakarotto-san I'm considering on applying for a job at the Nicktoons Studio. I just need the money first so I have a place to live..XD So for now, going to try and apply for an artist position on the pet game Subeta. (whenever they return that is). Good luck to you, hopefully drawing DP all those times will pay off. =3 Diana - I know what you mean. Granted this is only my first job, I kinda went through the same thing. The system isn't really complicated at all, but for each kind of payment and such, there's a different method for it so it takes some time to get down.

Yeah... the floor I work handles commercial loans. My job deals with the actual filing hard-copies of said loans. Files come in and I log them into computer then file on shelves. At the same time files get requested so I need to log them out and make sure they get where they are suppose to go.

OMFG.. been a veeery long time since I've been around... I guess I'll tell my story here...:
About 2 years ago, I enlisted in the United States Navy. 1 year and 6 months ago, I left for Basic Training. 2 months later, I moved to Charleston, South Carolina for Naval Nuclear Field training.
Little did I know that problems I had in my past would come back to destroy me.
I managed to make it 70% through the training pipeline, but I suffered from severe depression and anxiety. Surprise for that field. However, deep rooted problems in my past made it much worse than the average person. My life was a living hell. I became suicidal and self harming.
The only thing keeping me alive was my wife.
The Navy found out and diagnosed me with a Personality Disorder and have given me an honorable medical/legal discharge.
They took alot of my money and I've returned to my home in Florida...
I've lost a lot to the Navy, vice gaining anything... Now that I'm out, I have actual free time.. soo...
I'm back ^.^ whee

Hey, there's one of my DP fan-art on the wall I sent you." (various community projects I've done art for actually got sent to the creator.) Fogsage Subeta is back up. It's been back up since late last night. It ain't working now. Get an error when trying to load the page.

Two Japanese girls are selling Japanese style curry in the breezeway. I'm sorely tempted to buy some, as it's only two dollars for a good helping. I think curry is spicy, though, so maybe I'll pass...

It's always cheaper and just as filling as anything you could buy elsewhere on campus razz That and it's BETTER

I asked someone who was eating it. It wasn't spicy. However, by the time I actually came up with the 2 bucks to pay for the stuff, they were sold out. Bugger.
It's actually hot out here, and it's only February. I'm wearing a tshirt and shorts and I'm positively boiling. I've downed two iced mochas trying to stay awake and stay cool....it's madness.
