Keiko giggled a bit at the use of Odd's abilities, but wasn't about to dodge the question. "For the most part, I've been taking trips to Castelia to spend time with my birth mother. More recently, though, I visited Al." Keiko's voice trailed off there. She was okay with what had transpired there, but she wasn't quite sure how to put it in a way that wouldn't make her seem uncaring.
Chaos shrugged. "I know how you feel. Warbringer specifically used to bug me about how I was going about things with Rose. I know she just cares, but sometimes it's easier just to keep ~/~ like that to myself. That's in the past, though. Things in that area have been getting better recently, so it's not like I'm complaining or anything." Chaos goes quiet after blurting that out. He's not sure he should have mentioned all of that, but outwardly, he doesn't hint about his second thoughts.

"Bird brain! Where is that freak you caught!?" Sub shouted as he began to wander around the building in search for the immortal bird man himself.

"Right here?" Sol asked, holding up the ball. "I was looking for you to get Bagon to you."
Cera tilted her head, apparently having found a way back afterward. That, and Sol apparently wanted to speak to her later, so she didn't dare stray too far right now.

"Ah, good, come on down to the lab with me, and of course bring the ball." Sub said as he headed downstairs to the lab. Inside the room he would approach a very rough machine that looked like it was hastily put together, a large glass cylinder was at its center with all kinds of cables and wires on the inside of it. "Me and GRAY threw this together hastily when you guys went to Pyrite. Essentially it's a more fine tuned chi scanner, looks like crap but it should do better than the scanners in the SNAGs, which GRAY was trying to use, but failed. The only problem is containing the Bagon inside."

"A Bagon ya say? What are you doing with one of those? " RC asks as he enters the room, smoking his Kiseru.

This particular Bagon is not normal, not only was it widely savage, destroying things with disregard for its own safety, but its chi is unlike any other we've seen, different from even the meteorites. And apparently this chi in large amounts blocks out the SNAG device's signal, which also run on chi." Sub explained.

If you have a way of restraining him outside his ball, I would very much like to observe and converse with this dragon." the hybrid suggests.

Tristen found himself outside with his Pokemon on the cool, late winter's day. He was bundled up in the jacket that was handed to him back in Hyda, the one that Mikey outgrew. He was starting to fit kind of well in the jacket, as far as he noticed. He was training the Pokemon outside the best he could, at first, but after the training regimen, he had the Pokemon play about. The Blitzle, with Natu perched on its head, played around in the clumps of snow with Eevee. Castform, who was in its icy form in this weather, was occasionally teasing the Mawile, trying to get it to play as well. Thoughts of clamping down on the cloud with its massively huge jaws dawned upon the Mawile every so often.

The Gible we encountered was easily as powerful, and overwhelmed Swampert without much issue on its part. I've still got several Pokemon on me, so there may be a way to contain him through sheer numbers." "Yeah... I couldn't hold any of them back. Whatever chi was around them, it was really dense. And... I dun think anyone's gonna be talking with that Bagon, not like it is." Cera spoke up. "Which reminds me. Sub, during the time out there, GRAY had trouble getting a signal to us, losing it completely when the other two Pokemon had shown up. The signal returned once they were gone, but in the event we encounter more like that, his assets may be more limited than anticipated." He explained. "At least, if my suspicion is correct."

"Really now." Sub said to Sol, interested in his comment about the interference GRAY had encountered. "Now my interest is greater than it was before. If that Bagon is as powerful as you make it sound, then we may have trouble getting it in this machine..." Sub said as he eyed the device. "Maybe if we put it to sleep or paralyzed it? What about you, RC, you're the Dragon Master here, any ideas on how to tame the wild dragon?" He asked the dragon man himself.

"Yes, any advice would be appreciated. That said, sleep or paralysis should be doable." Sol answered, taking out the ball containing his Gallade. Then another, which held his Cofagrigus, just in case.

The only thing that surpasses their dreams to fly is the destruction they cause from the frustration of not being able to do so. As such, they are small, compact muscle cores with an iron head. " he explains before letting out a sigh and yet another puff of smoke. "Sol, call this little troublemaker out. Have whatever pokemon you can use for sleep out and ready to do so. I may not be a full Rayquaza, but I have enough of one's power and presence to hopefully put a bit of respect into this Bagon so I can possibly manage some sort of interaction, or at the least, try and gain a better understanding at what is polluting his chi. I dislike the thought that this is worse than that meteorite chi." RC explains. He was expecting to that the Bagon would be sleeping not too long from now from all the information about the tiny dragon he was given. Yet, he still had to try. He wasn't one to abandon a dragon if it could be helped.

Odd grinned at Keiko when she mentioned Al. "How's he doing lately?" Last he'd heard, Al had been heading back to Fallarbor town to resume running the berry garden he had there. He'd claimed he just wasn't cut out for Team Snagem, wished the team well and left with the request that Keiko remember to visit from time to time. Of course he'd promised to do the same. Odd was continuing to prepare the steak Keiko had agreed to as these thoughts crossed his mind. "Almost forgot to ask, how do you want your steak?"
Kaya kept his mouth shut for now, allowing Odd the chance to prove he'd learned from his lessons.
In the training room, Lykas listened to Chaos' response and gave it some thought before choosing to ignore it for the moment. That didn't seem like the kind of thing Chaos would normally want to talk about to him and for reasons he could sympathize with. "I'll get the hang of it. I could use some food, though. Haven't eaten all day." The offer was there. Now to see if Chaos was interested. Lunch was always a good tension breaker, after all.
