When we made it back to the headquarters after that horrendous run to Black City, I carried Freth up off the floor and looked towards Sub. "Hell." I said to Sub. "But first things first now, where's the med supplies? We got some here that are not in as good as condition as some of us." I said.

"Got that right," Night said softly, still being carried by Tatsu, who she gave a weak, affectionate, pat. Wasn't the first time he'd saved her a**, and it likely wouldn't be the last. As soon as Sub began moving towards the medlab, the Charizard immediately began to follow.



Meanwhile, Nal, who had been laying in the hallway near the very room Sub had shown to Blizz, looked up at the sudden entrance of the group. 'Wow, you all look like Hell. What happened?'

A realization hit me as I made my way off for where all the med supplies are. There's no doctor among us. "Oh son of a..." I said, giving a heavy sigh. "I might have to do you all a favor then." I then said to no one in particular. "After I get done in here, I need to make a call."

I then looked around then looked down towards the floor. "Huh? Nal, well, that's a face I hadn't seen in a while. Um...eh...we been through Hell, to say the least." I told her.

"A favor? What do you mean?" Sub said returning with a bottle of burn cream and bandages, he set the items on a table next to Blizz. He then saw Night come in with her Charizard carrying her. "You don't look good, what happened when you jumped for that machine?" He asked her before turning to Sol. "How is Ceramew?" He was worried about her.

"Call? I presume someone you know that's better suited for medical needs?" A safe assumption, he thought. Having ended up with everyone so late into things, there were those few he still hadn't seen. But with that question answered quickly, he corrected himself. "...I see. He'd certainly be a better one for this." Then he looked to Nal.

"And yes, it was. I suppose the best way to sum it up was us trying to do something about a power plant there, as it was siphoning chi from the neighboring White Forest. What actually happened in there, I doubt any of us could've been prepared for."

Finally, looking to Sub, he wasn't too certain. But physically, it didn't look like things would get worse. "Hard to say, but with her out of that mess, she should recover before long. Depends on how quickly her chi works itself back to normal."

"Oh, well that would be an enormous help around here then." Sub said to Blizz before turning back to Sol. "Well I hope she turns out to be okay, she was not looking good at all." He then faced Night again and frowned. "Geesh, that sounds savage. What could we possibly do for that? It basically injected you with your own weakness."

"Back in Hyda." I said. "He didn't have any intentions of leaving there after establishing a bit of a home life there when he called off the whole elemental hunt." I said to her. "Also playing diplomat there last I checked, but eh." I shrugged. "I'm waiting on word back from over that way, actually. Trying to keep in touch and all." I then said as I tended to Freth's injuries all I could.
