Blanket PermissionName & cert(s) of soquili involved: HowlOwner(s): Saint Vis Permission granted to: AstoriaFallen Details: Permission to give Astoria the rights to get Howl a sibling. Be it full or half and any sort of gender. She can use this permission until she obtains one. She is allowed to mix whatever sorts of owls to create the sibling. Restrictions: Howl's parents are canon to be snobbish. While Astoria's sibling can be full, if they are half then it can not be of any sort of 'evil' species. Kalona aren't bred with Howl's parents.. (and walkers for obvious reasons. However I do accept pawed Mutants.) I don't mind if Howl's sibling(s) are mutants, however Howl's hair feathers are trinkets and gathered from owls all over as gifts to their domained angeni.
