I think mort would be old enough to make her own decisions and not be protected to death by her father.
I had an overprotective mother. She also had a cocane problem. And my father was violent and an alcoholic. So I know what it's like when parents get out of control.

Mortella on that note mort expands her self into a big grey cloud thunder and lightning rolling off "NOW IF YOU DONT MIND THIS IS MY BAR I MAKE THE RULES " as she explodes and poofs upstairs. "Great...now she'll be up there for a while....Just like her mother. Crap, that means I'm in for one hell of a yelling if her anger is at me." His ears fold down and his just sits behind the bar playing with his fangs.

Come on, I want to see my response.
I just trashed some guy on the LA times website, for being a racist b*****d. Said the reason there's white actors in movies is so people can understand them, that if they're asian then we'd need subtitles. As if being asian means you can't speak fluent english.
