Arthur looked over the picture the Dex showed him with surprise. It was hard to believe something that small could give the veterans a run for their money. Hearing Alex explain it further, Arthur glanced back at Lightning as he remembered Dunsparce. Maybe if he'd used its electricity, Dunsparce might have been defeated...or at least stunned long enough for a group attack. Arthur had to be more vigilant next time. "If we don't want to repeat this in the future, we'll have to get stronger. You two Lava." He didn't include Squirrel because he had was already the strongest in the group. All Arthur needed was to make sure he didn't become too rusty.

Looking back to Alex when she gave her name, Arthur smiled back and stuck out his hand. "Arthur," he introduced. "Nice to meet you." After saying this, he heard Chaos's voice and grimaced when he remembered the meat he'd been eating. As he spoke with Sub, he winced every time him using profanity. Arthur was still a kid so that was usually frowned upon where he came from. He'd always thought adults kept it pg around kids.

"I thought only trainers were evil not Pokemon," Arthur spoke up before closing his mouth when he thought he said something stupid. His curiosity was peaked again at the mention of the meteorite, but he kept his mouth shut this time. Chaos looked like the kind of guy to get angry from stupid questions like that. Instead he simply listened, since he thought this was some kind of learning experience.

Lykas had zoned out shortly after arriving back from paperwork filing, snapping back to his senses when Arthur spoke of only trainers being evil. "Pops makes a good point." He noted as he recalled his own Serperior. "Pokemon are living things and they have every possibility to be good or evil, same as people do. I mean, my Serperior liked being under the command of Greesix and still refuses to listen to much of anything I say because I'm not making her do evil stuff all the time." He added to emphasize the opposite end of the spectrum from Chaos' example.

He'd almost forgotten about his offer to help train Lava by now, due to other events, but he would easily recall it if Arthur were to bring it up again.

At Chaos's explanation, he winced again as he heard the last words. He saw the reasoning behind his words, which only confirmed that he'd said something stupid. Sure Pokemon could take after their trainers, but that didn't mean beating a criminal and taking his Pokemon would automatically make them good. That way of thinking would have lead Arthur to many rookie mistakes. At least he knew differently now.

Arthur was about to respond when Lykas came to reinforce Chaos's idea. "Sorry," he apologized. "You're both right. Afterall, Lava wouldn't turn evil if he was captured." Glancing back at Lava, Arthur noticed that his back wasn't on fire. That reminded him, he still had to teach him to use fire. "Oh yeah!" Arthur shouted suddenly before covering his mouth with an "sorry."

"Lykas, remeber what you said back at the lab. Is the offer still up to train with Quilava?"

Lykas considered Arthur's question for a moment before he nodded, a smirk on his face. "Sure thing. I bet Lux could teach Lava and few dirty tricks. I know he's got one I still haven't figured out how he does." He admitted with a sadistic laugh. "Meet me down in the training room in 5 minutes and we can get started, if you want. Pops'll show you were it is if you haven't found it on your own, yet." He said as he jabbed a thumb in Chaos' direction.

With that, he'd walk off to his room, collecting Lux's Pokeball, among others. He also grabbed Latifah's, Le Faye's and Sphynx's Pokeballs as well. The latter three would be spending the duration of this trip down training with one another while Lux focused on Arthur and his Pokemon. Sphynx still needed to build her strength back up after Le Faye's poison had done it's job before her capture, after all.

Lykas agreed to the training, but then Chaos decided to join as well. Arthur was a bit nervous about having him there as well, but decided that it would help to have someone to toughen up Lava besides his evolution. Plus he might benefit it as well. "Just remember that Lava's only a Cyndaquil," Arthur reminded. "He might have trouble if you throw too much at him all at once...or he might go into his instinct mode." Looking back to Lykas, he nodded to the meeting at the training room even though he had no idea where it was. When he was gone, though, Arthur finally asked the question.

"Can someone show me where the training room is?" he asked. It was one of the only placed Lykas HADN'T showed him.

Lykas would arrive at the training room a few minutes later, carrying four Pokeballs. From the first, he released his Quilava. Lux gave a long and languid stretch, glad to be free of his Ball for a while, before looking around at his environment. Recognizing the training room right away, he barked excitedly. Time to blow stuff up!

From the remaining three, he released his Gothorita, Latifah, his Seprerior, Le Faye and his Luxray, Sphynx. He looked to them first. "You three. I want Latifah and Le Faye to work with Sphynx and help her build her strength back up some." He instructed, giving a hard glare to the largest of them. "And none of that chi poison, got it!" He asserted to the Grass-type, who simply turned her nose up at him and spit a seed on the ground at his feet, where it promptly exploded. A growl from Lux, smoke pouring from the Fire-type's nostrils, got the snake back in check, though and she finally nodded, slithering off to the other side of the room with her unwilling companions.

"Now hen. Show me what Lava can already do so I have any idea where to start." He told Arthur, kneeling next to his own Fire-type to watch.

Before Alex shake Arthur's hand in return, he was off to training with Lykas and Chaos. It got her thinking some training couldn't hurt her either and decided to tag along. They wouldn't mind one more right? She'd try not to get and the way and watch Arthur's training for now.

Meanwhile, Dan would enter the kitchen, grinning when he saw Keiko and Sub. "Hey Aneki! How's it going?" he would ask before looking to the fearless leader. "And Sub, I've been looking for you. Where have you been?" he asked as if he was the one who had been missing in action.

Dan nodded to the both of them as it was good to see them as well. "Yeah, so I've been thinking for a while now and finally made a decision. I want to have a master. Problem is, I don't have a clue how to get one. Sooo..." he inderectly hinted toward Sub, hoping he'd share his wisedom on the subject.
