Days later, after the celebrations, Sub resumed his work and worry over Team Cipher, the Shadow Pokemon crisis, and the Snatch Gang as well. It baffled him how Cipher could up and running again so quickly, producing new monstrosities. The man refused to believe they did all this alone, sure, the Snatch Gang probably provided the Pokemon, but something was still missing, where the rest of their resources are, that lab couldn't just be it, could it? "Maybe I'm thinking too hard, maybe we are just seeing them start again and they really are just working out of that lab." Sub said to himself as he sat up in his office, thinking.

"Hm? Oh, hey there new guy." Sub said as he greeted Allen. "Team Cipher, a nefarious group that has troubled Snagem for a long time now. We thought to have finally defeated them for good back in Unova, having seemingly completed destroyed all of their facilities, even their apparent head. But now, they are back, and now churning out new hell spawn, even working with another criminal gang. I can't imagine how they suddenly rose up from the rubble in such a state." He explained to the lad.

"They do, too much. I honestly thought with their brain, a genius named Ein, and their apparent leader, both dead, that it would be over. Someone must have taken over, who, I don't know. This I do know, we need to do something about this before it gets to the point it did in Unova, when the entire region was under their control." Sub explained further.

"That's what I was thinking." Allen agreed. "Time to play the hunter instead of waiting for it to escalate." Well, he thought it was better than waiting around for Cipher to do something inevitably dangerous. "Then let's cross out Unova from the list of places to look? They'rr probably going in with a different approach since they failed last time."

Odd popped up with the others, phasing in through the floor. "I'll do it. I can disguise myself as just about anyone or anything and I can phase out of just about any trap they might try to contain me in." He offered as he stood there, his form shifting to look just like Sub, then to Chaos and then to Allen before he changed back to normal.

"I'll go" Connor volunteered, having overheard the conversation. "I'm agile, cunning and I doubt Cipher has seen me before. I hardly go on any group missions and I'm kind of new...sort of" he pointed out. Heaven knew Connor loved infiltration and going undercover was just as fun. If there was a role he wanted to play, this was it; one he was good at too.

"Very good, Odd and Connor will infiltrate the ranks of Cipher. Fortunately I know of an easier way to get in than when we tried to do so with the Snatch Gang. If Cipher is really up to their old tricks, then they will be looking for new recruit at one of the colosseums in Orre. I suggest heading to Phenac Colosseum, before it seemed to be one that they enjoyed recruiting out of due to the relatively well taken care of Pokemon that pass through, and people who come from money. Your best bet would to exert strength in public to catch their attention." Sub explained to the pair.

"As for the rest of us, there is something I want to check out in Kanto. It's probably nothing major, but I keep getting a strange chi reading out of there, nothing major, just doesn't seem normal, like I said, could be nothing." He shrugged.

"Got it!" Odd agreed as he sent a signal for GRAY to call the team's Claydol to Teleport them from the main room. "We'll report back as quick as we can." With that, he'd head back to the main room and wait for Connor before Teleporting out.
