I was wondering why it sounded so familiar, but then I realized that there had been a version of that on the .hack//G.U. soundtrack in a slightly different key and without all of the mushing together, slowing down speeding up parts. And then I realized that it probably was used in Harald's room at the end of the Forest of Pain.
Edit: Which means that I may have the piano sheet music to something similar to that.
