I may be a bit late on this discussion, but for me the best of the Fall 2007 season was ef: a tale of memories. It has some amazing animation done in a cinematic style and a really moving story line. So, for my money I'll go with it.

It was certainly better than Myself;Yourself. Although my best of Fall would be Sketchbook.
