May I make a suggestion to solve the impatience problem? I'd simply update the first page with instructions what to do when you are done with thier pokemon and what orders are ready.

No need, I'm just asking for a little common courtesy. Just a PM that says "whenever you're available" or "Thanks nitnit! let me know when I can pick it up!"
