Bismillah ---
Why are you so against it? And what do you mean, by so easily abused? It's a command from Allah (SWT), and you should obey him. That if you believe in him. And you picture it as jumping off a cliff? But, I would, yes I would, I would die for the sake of Allah (SWT)! I have no problem.

Why are you so against it? I've already explained my position on it. A short version: I find it more derogatory than a blessing from a command from Allah in human tradition. Mini_Angel_1994 And what do you mean, by so easily abused? Are you blind, woman? Have you seen the number of human rights violations in Muslims countries(especially) against women, starting with the hijab? Do you know how many Muslim men rape non-Muslim girls because they are "not covered" and it is their "right" to do so?
Mini_Angel_1994 It's a command from Allah (SWT), and you should obey him. Obey him regardless of the consequences? I thought Allah wanted intelligent followers, not blind fools.
Mini_Angel_1994 That if you believe in him. And you picture it as jumping off a cliff? No. If you actually read my post, you would read that I asked "If Allah commanded certain types of girls to jump a cliff" would you obey that command?
Mini_Angel_1994 But, I would, yes I would, I would die for the sake of Allah (SWT)! I have no problem. And this is why destruction occurs in the name of Allah.

faith by following like a blind fool which is the lowest of all......faith by knowledge like most western scholars have and faith by heart mind and soul the higheset of all
i meann we must know the reason why Allah command us to do something because if someone were to ask why you Allah command you something you must be able to answer it instead of simply saying...i dont care as longas I follow
Allah want us to think so that we can reach a better understanding and beliefs about our faith
if not...........................our faith would be easily rumbled

My original reply was to Mini Angel, but I will suffer through your ignorance and try to explain: I find the hijab distasteful because so many people abuse it; to being arrogant, self-righteous idiots, to severely crippling a woman of her rights. Zaaki 2. When people do that kinda stuff, they are against Allah. What's your point? Do you think Allah whants us to do that? Yet its so often done against Allah it makes me wonder why such a command should exist that it repeatedly abused to the point of domestic violence and unjustified killing of women. Zaaki 3. I whill "TRY" to do what Allah says... Ore i do it somethimes... Somethimes i can make some mistakes. Mistakes that cost people their lives and freedom based in religion are terrible mistakes that are repeated too often and are often never resolved completely. I'm not talking about perfections, I'm talking about basic human rights.. Zaaki Allah told a prophet to kill his loved, and he tryed to do it. wink I find it to be a tragedy more than anything else. Blind dedication is simply awful and disgusting.
Zaaki 5. Soo your telling that Allah told people to do bad things? confused I'm saying that divine commands of Allah have been ruined by human selfishness to the point of causing genocide and unjust killings of innocent people, in warfare and in times of peace.

1. Soo you find it stupid, because bad people does?
2. Well... In the judgement day you can maybe ask Allah, why he made it like that... But i think it's better you just follow him, and ask after that.
3. That's why, when i do a mistake i accept i did not do it right and thake my punnish. But there is something called bad people...
4. I'm talking about the sheep/bakra eid. Where you eat sheep meat... There is a story behind it you know.
5. Selfishness is not that bad! WE HUMANS HAVE A EGO, AND IT'S GOOD TO SOMETHIMES THINK ABOUT YOURSELF. It's called bad decesions! And it comes from satan.

Bismillah--- Men who rape un-convered women are stupid, lame, may Allah punish them in the proper way. And, I wear hijab, I'm not abused, I live in a peaceful country, I'm in a good school, I live my life, yet, I get a chance to go out, live my life, and in the same time be able to be connected to Allah in every move I make.
And, why would Allah make a command would let us be humilated? Let me tell you something, when Allah commanded people to wear hijab, he didn't say rape un-covered women!! It's haram to rape, regardless of what they wear!
Instead of fighting hijab, you should go fight those mentally disturbed people who rape because a girl isn't covered. They make me shameful! I just feel so angry when people tell me about them!
---I'm saying that divine commands of Allah have been ruined by human selfishness to the point of causing genocide and unjust killings of innocent people, in warfare and in times of peace. ---
This is what I'm trying to say, there's nothing wrong with Allah's commands, but people ruined it.

Mini_Angel_1994 Men who rape un-convered women are stupid, lame, may Allah punish them in the proper way. Instead of fighting hijab, you should go fight those mentally disturbed people who rape because a girl isn't covered. They make me shameful! I just feel so angry when people tell me about them! Lets take an estimate of fundamentalist people that abuse the hijab for women. Islam is made up of roughly 1.6 billion people, yes? And only a small percentage of Islam has active fundamentalists. Probably less than 20%. Let's say that 15% of the Muslim population are fundamentalists. That is roughly the population of the USA that believe that women are to be ruled by men through abuse of the hijab, through physical/mental power. That women are morally, physically and mentally inferior to men. That anyone who differs in their values should be put to death and is a threat to Islam. Even 10% is too much. This is globally spread, not just in backward Muslim countries.
That's far too many people to abuse good commands from Allah (swt) because people are too afraid to think and criticize their own religion; to evaluate it in its true sense. Mini_Angel_1994 This is what I'm trying to say, there's nothing wrong with Allah's commands, but people ruined it. And I'm saying that blind faith in Allah's commands without really thinking about it makes it ridiculously easy to step away from the truth and instead follow selfish desires in the name of Allah. That's what fundamentalism is all about. The moment you stop thinking about your faith is the moment you lose liberties in your faith.

Zaaki Well... How many % of the muslims don't know their rules? Irrelevant. From the time of coming into the world and being a conscious thinker, you are taught the rules of Islam from a certain perspective. Depending on that perspective, you are taught either extremist rules, conservative rules, liberal rules, moderate rules, whatever. It's more of HOW you were taught the rules than the lack of rules being taught.
