Hojo is absolutely insufferable. He's more obnoxious than Wakka. No amount of evil can overturn just how much he irritates me.

Ultimecia had a pretty sinister plan going. They didn't do nearly enough development on her, but I'd say she's pretty high up there on the villain list.
