First of all, what kind of sharks? If Hammerheads, swimming, preferably scuba diving, if great whites, get me the hell outta there! Besides, I've always wanted to try bungee jumping.

I guess I would go with the hot broken glass. I could at least try to do it like a fire walk. And when I get cut, I can at least put on bandages. Just think how hard it would be to put a bandage on your tongue. Not to mention how hard it would be to enjoy food with a bleeding tongue...
