Einarr lives by the philosophy that might makes right; mostly because the other animals he comes into contact with on a regular basis aren't mightier than he is. Basically, he takes what he wants when he wants it, previous owners' wishes be damned. Einarr also has the remarkable 'ability' to avoid forming emotional attachments that may prove inconvenient (or, at least he's convinced himself as much).
