I would like his base body colour to be either solid black or solid white
His secondary colour would be bleeding rainbow colour like so
Not overly bombarded with that just here and there on his body -- CC away Jet.
Face:
Eye colour either blue or red
Eyebrow CC
Inner ear CC
Tail:
Same as the body colour; solid black or solid white with bleeding rainbow colour like so
Head:
Please remove the feathers and the spiky dome thingy.
Mane:
I would like a few spliced stock edit hairs
Punk Rock Male mane + part of the Female Glam Rock layered on top

The mane colours will be different than the body and tail
