Who is the best girl shinobi?

From Konoha, I'd say Hinata. Even though Tenten is sooooo awesome. Hinata just needs some confidence and then she'd totally whoop everyone else, 'specially if she could use the Hakke Shou Kaiten like Neji. She'd be able to whoop Tenten with that. Hinata. Is. Awesome. Possum.

I voted Hinata to be the strongest (girl in Konoha) cause it's pretty much the most obvious.Apart from the Uchiha clan the Hyuuga is the strongest, and being in the main family of Hyuuga, Hinata probably got trained a lot ao she could carry the Hyuuga name
