Kakuzu already knows how to get out of Shikamaru's bind. He's proven that when he got out of it the first time. So, therefore Kakashi, Chouji and Ino are left to handle Kakuzu and his puppet. Let's face it, they already took enough risks by facing Akatsuki, this is no bullshit to them. Kakuzu was using a puppet heart to grab the blade, now all the hearts he has are in the puppets, he wouldn't have a way to escape this time =O. Ah, touche on that part. But he still has three puppets. So in controlling Hidan there's still a four on four battle. If the controlled Hidan were to battle of course the currently inactive body of Ino would be injured. And I'm pretty sure kakuzu wouldn't care if he hitted Hidan or kill him. Plus with the three puppets having different elements as I stated earlier putting the right puppet against the three of them is very bad. If Shikamaru binds Kakuzu and the controlled Hidan were to attack that would leave Shika open for an attack from the other puppet that is not fighting as there will be Chouji and Kakashi left fending off two. Let's see... Shika & Ino - Kakuzu & Hidan Kakashi & Chouji - Lightning Puppet, Fire Puppet & Wind Puppet Shika uses Hidan to attack the puppets and Ino uses Kakuzu (if she succeds to get him) to attack the puppets with Kakashi and Chouji. Hahaha, but then that'll led back to the beginning of the chapter. As you said "if she succeds" but if she does not she'll be open for any attacks and possibly die because for the time being she is immobilized. If you can just BREAK it... gonk aznnam3dj1n, didnt you mean like it dissipated? THAT'S WORSE!! D: Shikamaru's gonna DIE. Oh well. It'd probably be best for him. it'd be bothersome if he died =/ Mendokusee. XO

Hidan and Kakuzu aren't retreating, except the leader calls them to annoy the living hell outta them again >.<
