“Hinata,” Ayona turned around after they had finished their longer-than-usual practice, “are you invisible?”
“I question myself on that sometimes.” Hinata answered, “ Wanna go to the waterfall?”
Ayona shrugged as she headed in that direction, “Sure.”
They arrived only twenty minutes later at their now sacred waterfall. Ayona jumped onto the big rock. Hinata followed suite.
“When we were in water country, Sensei showed us how to control our chakra, by climbing trees using the bottoms of our feet as chakra points. I used a different technique the first time, and I think it may come in handy. It also gave me an idea.”
“Go on.”
“Well, we’ve all heard the saying “Brains over brawn,” but I thought of a nin- use of it. If we studied science and physics a bit more, we might be able to gain an upper hand by formulating an impenetrable attack.”
“That’s a good idea. It would take a lot of knowledge of the opponent though,”
“That’s all too true, but if, per say, you DID know enough, it could not only give you the upper hand but possibly win you the fight.”
“It’s already been put into practice.”
“True, again, but what about REAL brains, like Shikamaru only not so lazy and scared.”
“Wow, that’s actually a really scary thought.” Hinata continued to mull it over. They both started their normal training. After that they went up to the water fall, it had become a habit.
“I’ve always wondered if it were possible to do what you said,” Hinata mused.
“Same here,” Ayona agreed.
“Like, per say, you were fighting Neji, He’s expecting you to get into a normal fighting position, but instead you mimic his movement and get into a Hyuuga fighting stance, because you learned all about our way of fighting and the knowledge needed to use it. You could have a good chance against him,” Hinata knew it was true, it had happened once before, and was bound to happen again.
“Your cousin’s stupid like that.”
“Hai (yup).”
“Ikimasho (let‘s go).”
“Probably,” and with that the best friends got up and headed back home.
The next day Kakashi told team seven to meet at a red bridge at the town. This is so lame, what are we gonna do, catch fish? Ayona was not pleased with his commands.
With all haste, they arrived and to the genin’s surprise Kakashi was there already. They approached him quickly and waited for him to get his head out of his porn novel.
Ayona had waited four and a half minutes, that was all the patience she had left for the pervert. Ayona grabbed Icha Icha Paradise right out of Kakashi’s hands and threw it over her shoulder and into the river. “Pay attention, perv!”
Kakashi was stunned no one did that NO ONE! He was about to attack Ayona, and he did, but Ayona stepped aside and he ran into the railing. “Smooth.”
Naruto laughed and Sasuke just sort of smiled.
“Well, on with business,” Kakashi attempted to get over his lost love, “Who wants to go to the Chunnin Exams?”
Naruto began to get real excited and started to run around yelling.
“Naruto, calm down.” Sasuke said. He didn’t hear him.
“NARUTO! CALM DOWN!!!” Ayona yelled, now he listened.
“okay, here are your passes, if you don’t want to attend , you don’t have to. If you do, you’re risking you’re life.”
The same thought crossed both Avenger’s minds, Is it worth the training, or do I just go…

Okay, so after an extremely long break from Gaia (other than keeping up with announcements and getting daily chances and MCs), I finally mustered up the patience to come back over here to catch up with everything. Yes, I know I can be extremely lazy...since all I would have to do is sit on my bum and read. sweatdrop .
Rofl. I can vividly imagine Kakashi slamming into the side of the bridge.
Oh, and by the way, it's spelled Ichiraku, and wasn't the ramen man and Ayame, his daughter, extremely friendly with Naruto? So shouldn't they be friendly to Ayona as well? Or, it could just be that in your fanfiction, those two don't exist and these two guys own it, since it's kinda an AU.
On a Gaia related note, wth is up with the options at the bottom of the posting box? You know, tekFormat1, 2, and 3?

"You brought us over for THIS??" Ayona screeched, unaware of the small crowd she had attracted.
"Ummmm....Yes?" Kakashi answered, not wanting to get slammed into anything.
Ayona tried to get her temper undercontrol, but to no avail. She stormed through the crowd, on her way back to the house. She could here a faint "Hey, Ayona, wait up!"
That only made her go faster, to a run. Tears began to trickle out of her eyes. The last time she was this angry was when her home was up in flames and she had tried to kill a sanin.
Fumbling with her keys she opened the door and ran to her room.
"Never again," she mumbled into her pillow, "I never want to see that snake-teme's face again."
Face down in her bed there was a light knock on her door, "Ayona?"
Sasuke?...what does he care? He hates me, along with the rest of the world....right?
"Look, Ayona, I now your angry with Kakashi, but that's just him, he's stupid." He had let himself into her room and closed the door behind him. He sat on the ground, back on the door.
Ayona looked sideways at him, "Yeah, I guess. But, just so you know, it's not really him I'm angry with."
Sasuke looked up at her, obviously confused.
"...it's me." Ayona put her face back into her pillow.
"Well, there's a comon problem. I can't believe I wasn't strong enough to kill my brother, and protect those I loved. It was so long ago but it seems like yesterday. I can never forgive myself. Not until I destroy my brother."
"Kill your brother? What are you talking about?" ayona was very confused, she'd never heard this story.
"You didn't know?" Ayona shook her head,witch was hard to tell from sasuke's point of veiw, on the floor, her head still face down in the pillow. "Well when I was six, I came home from practicing shuriken, late. I didn't see anyone in the streets of the Uchiha district. I turned one corner to get to my house, and there, lying dead where all my family." tears began to swell in his eyes, but they never fell. "I ran to my house and found my brother killed my parents. I tried to kill him. But I was six and he was almost thirteen. I had no hope. He beat me to a pulp, I was found later by some paramedics."
"oh," Ayona now sat on her bed," I didn't...I had no idea."
"It's okay," He stood, and now ayona saw that burning hatred to a single man, a hatred so strong you would risk your life any time to destroy that man, it was in his eyes. She held it to.
