The top or the tower was open, nothing but a wooden railing preventing anyone from walking over the edge. There was a wooden canopy that kept the elements out, such as rain. Carved into the inside of the canopy seemed to be a visual story of how Ho-oh graced the tower with the bell which hung before Ryan. It was a beautiful instrument, looked like a normal round ball bell, but much larger, and clear, you could see right through it like glass, and yet was as solid as any stone. The light blue hue of the bell was beautiful, it shined like crystal as it shone rainbows on the area around it. There was a velvet rope attached to the bell which could be pulled to ring the bell. Would Ryan pull it?

The bell swung, the ball inside rocking from one end to another. A sound would be expected as the ball was seen moving, but no sound came. Ten seconds later, and still, nothing. Did Ryan fail? Was he not worthy? Ryan may be filled with a sudden sorrow that he might have failed, it would be at this time that the wind would begin to blow, the bell swaying in the breeze.

With the wind would come a sound that would ring through out the land for all to hear. It was incredibly soothing to all who heard it. Battles in the city would end suddenly as the Pokemon and trainers alike were overcome by the sound. The birds in the forest would sing along with the tune of the bell, the clouds would part to bestow the sun's rays on the town of Ecurteak. The moment was surreal, perhaps even something out of a dream.

Reality would kick back in for Ryan as another sound was heard in the distance. "Cuuune!" It cried out. Only Ryan would hear this cry, it came from somewhere out in the woods behind the tower. Now was the time.

The powerful chi signature would be easy for Ryan to track down, the Suicune making no real attempt to hide its self. Ryan would find himself zigzagging through out the woods until he would notice lake in the distance, and a silhouette upon it. "Stop!" A voice shouted as a man dressed in a purple suit, white cape, and large red bow tie jumped out of the bushes and stood in Ryan's path.

"I've spent the better part of ten years studying, searching for Suicune. And now, someone else managed to ring the Clear Bell and call forth Suicune!? Unacceptable! Perhaps if I defeat you, I can show Suicune that you are undeserving of its strength, and perhaps earn its respect! Battle me, now!" The mysterious man shouted as he released rolled a Pokeball out from underneath his sleeve, flicked it into the air, the ball landing button first on his raised index finger, opening up, and releasing a Hypno.

"No! I'm the one who tolled away for years to meet Suicune, not you! Now, take a nap, maybe you can see Suicune in your dreams! Hypnosis!" Eusine was consumed by his desire to meet Suicune, even though he wasn't a bad person, he had become blinded by his goal, all that mattered to him was seeing Suicune. His Hypno would obey without question, swinging its pendulum, releasing hypnotic waves at Ryan, attempting to lull him to sleep.

Hypno was hit, many times, more than it cared for, the Pokemon staggering backwards and tripping over a root on the ground, and falling backwards onto Eusine, causing him to shout. "Agh! Come on, Hypno, get up!" He cried, trying to get his Pokemon up. His shouts would finally gain the attention of the Suicune in the distance, the silhouette looking their way, appearing to be becoming restless, perhaps even preparing to leave.

As Ryan arrived at the lake in the woods, he would be graced by the presence of a magnificent creature, one of a breathtaking blue, its mane flowing elegantly as if there were a gentle breeze (which there was not), its ivory ribbons dancing in the air, and the gem-shaped crown shining dazzling as the sun's rays bounce off of it.

The enigmatic creature would slowly turn its head to face Ryan, curious at his presence, but not a drop of fear in its eyes, it remains confident in its powers, and for now, deems Ryan as nothing more than a puny mortal. The legendary Pokemon would let out a bellowing howl, the water below it rippling in response. Leaping from the lake the beast would land several feet away from Ryan, staring him down, its gaze penetrating his soul, as if peering into his heart, deciding if it should waste more time with the human.

With its decision made, the Suicune let out another sound, this time what may be seen as a battle cry as it got into an attack stance, its ribbons flailing around more violently, it would appear it has decided to fight Ryan and test his strength. "Cune!" The beast cried as it rose its head and began to charge what seemed to be an Aurora Beam in its mouth, to show Ryan it meant business.

What happened next would come off as shocking, or perhaps expected considering what he was up again. The Aurora Beam appeared to sharpened to a point, like a spear, and stabbed straight through the Ice Beam, the rainbow beam unfazed and threatened to strike down the source of the failed Ice Beam. At least, one might expect that, instead, it exploded inches away from Lapras, creating a blinding aurora-like effect. Once the aurora faded and Ryan, along with his Pokemon, were able to see again, they would find themselves surrounded by a thick Mist, and Suicune, seemingly gone, but rest assured, it was still there, somewhere.
