Eddily Shadows sweet embrace Eddily ......and nobody cares. xp I feel a bit better after today though, it was pretty normal. I also feel better about buying Gran Turismo 5: Prologue after being able to get it for around 14 bucks off the normal price once I send out the rebate. razz *bops da Edd playfully* You know I do as well. Oooh, I need to save up then. I just started playing the fourth one the other day and I'm hooked. In other news, the school has been bending me over the table lately when I try to get my absences cleared up. We have a hotline that you -if you are 18- or your parents can call to excuse you absence. Being that I'm not 18 yet my mom or dad will call in for me. Anyway so I missed a day last week and mom called in the day of my absence. So when I come back the next day I'm marked unexcused and normally they will listen to the hotline and mark the people who are out E or A. And because mine was called in the day of my absence I should have been marked E but I wasn't. So I go up there and talk to them and tell them that mom called in. They tell me that she didn't and they were not going to excuse it. So I had to do Isolated Lunch the next day when my absence should have been excused. So I go home and tell mom that and she gets a little mad but I tell her I'm over it and to just move on and she does. But yesterday she gets a call from the school saying that I missed yesterday and I was in all of my classes. So I'm like ok I'll go and get a note for you it’s just a misunderstanding. I look at the list for absences today and I'm not even on the list! So I look it over again and again and still I don't see my name. So I call mom and tell her that it is just B.S. that I'm not even on the list. She gets pissed again and tells me that she is going to be up here today to start some hell with the two office ladies. So I'm like great I'm most likely not going to be able to exempt my exams because of there messing around with my attendance and the two ladies are going to be mad at me, and trust me you really don't want them to be pissed at you. Today is going to be a very interesting day... I can't believe it's been like 4 years since that one came out, I've played 3 and 4 a ton. xp Being the fan I am, it was a fine purchase, not sure about alot of other people though. Ick, let me know how that goes hun. We have 3 but I haven't played it much. I don't know I don't really like the fact that you can ride the wall all the way through the race and still win 1st if you have a fast car. But I love four and I'm going to get five. Mom didn't show up but, I still had to go around to all of my classes and get them to write a note to mom saying that I was in class. And my mythology teacher put that I was in a class so mom didn't really take the notes as easily as she would if he had just put that I was in class. We figured out why she get the call as well. You shouldn't really be able to win that way. GT is realistic so that shouldn't happen, unless maybe on Super Speedway. So has everything been cleared up then? It's understandable for keeping that last day, might suddenly get sick.

So my boyfriend's been in Austin since last Sunday on business; he was supposed to be coming home next weekend for a visit, but it turns out they might have to work on their project all through the weekend-- and he may not be able to come home until the beginning of June, instead of May. Scratch that, he'll be able to come home May 3, but only for a few days, then he has to go back to Wabash (sp?), which is in Illinois IIRC, then somewhere else; both of those jobs will take up most, if not all, of May.
I'm very upset about this, but I know there's nothing he or I can do about it. Even so. . .
I should have expected this when I told him it was okay to take the job. I miss him so terribly. crying

I just got my license suspended.....The problem with this is that my court date is not until May 29th and guess what....I have to get to work, my mom's house so she can baby sit and to the TNA wrestling event that all happen before that date!! *rips hair out* What the hell am I to do?!

So, my brother is willing to pay me back the money he "borrowed" in exchange for me dropping charges. Thing is...he'd have to borrow it from someone else AND he's not talking to me, only my mother.
Not sure what to do. On one hand, I don't like just letting him get away with what he did. He broke the law, hurt me, has not even apologized for it, and used my money for things he didn't even need. I'd sort of understand if he used it to...I dunno, get gas or fix an emergency...but he bought crap. He's also been stealing from all of us for...ever. Purses, piggy banks and debit cards. This is just the first time he's been undeniably caught.
However, on the other hand mom is really pressuring me. She doesn't want to see him go to jail and get a criminal record and have a harder time getting a job and blahblahblah....But in the end...it's his fault, and if it were anyone other than my brother this wouldn't be an issue.

At least until the second of may since I plan on paying off the ticket that got my license suspended in the first place. If I can take care of that then I should get my license back and then just go to court with all the information and the fixed problem.

Agreed. He's just gonna keep doing it if he knows you guys won't do anything about it.

If my father went out and broke the law somehow and begged me to support him, I wouldn't. It's as simple as that. You break the law, you pay the price, no exceptions.

I got a $300-something speeding ticket when I was younger; I had been going 85 in a 50-mph zone. Granted, I had only been driving for about 2 months or so, plus the speedometer in my car is crap (it's a '96 Ford Escort LX, they're all like that). whee They could have by all rights taken my license, but because of the aforementioned issues they just put a bunch of points on my license and made me pay the fine.
. . . I was going somewhere with this. . . oh yea. I wouldn't worry, since you've already got it all planned out. 3nodding

Thats the ticket that got my license suspended.
