"Okay." This wouldn't be a problem. While Aden hadn't worked too much on the speed he was capable off, the removal of his vest allowed him to move a bit faster than usual. He threw the punch once he was in range, though he kept some restraint. For now.

He does a small sidestep to avoid the punch. he then grabs Aden's wrist with one hand, elbow with the other and tosses Aden a pretty good distance. hope the kid was agile enough to land on his feet or this was going to hurt.

"W-whoa!" The missed punch was enough to make Aden lose his footing, trying not to fall over. But before he could do anything further, he found himself being grabbed and tossed like a sack. Luckily, he was able to regain his composure enough to land on his feet, skidding a little. "Not fast enough. Okay, let's try something else." It looked like he was to do the same, however, running back to throw another punch. But just before he would've done just that, he crouched and went to sweep Ryan off his feet.

Pain 101: Lesson 1. Ryan quickly delivers a kick to the side of Aden's head. he then takes a few step back to ready for Aden's next move. Aden wasn't quite as open as Ryan might think. When he saw the kick coming, he was quick to lunge at him. "I'd rather not suffer brain damage, thanks."

Ryan drops to one knee and hits Aden with and Elbow to the stomach. and for good measure, springs out of his compact state with an explosive uppercut. Drain Bramage may or may not be a side effect.

Drain bramage, probably not. Brain bramage, on the other hand, was fair game. Aden wasn't able to do much about the elbow to the stomach, able to cripple him despite the slight protection his clothing could offer. This left him open to take the uppercut, going backwards from the impact and landing on his back.
"Ow... I don't think he needs the weighted clothes." He commented.

"Alright, enough." I spoke up, walking forward. "I take it though, that you, Aden, are seeing what I mean. Offensive is all well and good, but defense is just as important, and you will only have mere split seconds to react." I said.

"I'm seeing it, alright. Very well." Aden said as he slowly got up. He soon put his vest back on. Extra speed wasn't going to be helping him here.

"Thats why whenever you do so happen to go on the offensive, Aden, you need to keep on your guard at all times. And a lot of the time, you can't just wait on your opponent to make the first move." I said. "He may prefer just to sit back and wait on you."
